I came in with 4 little girls and we were all taken care of nicely and at the same time! Everyone asked for all our names and was very nice!

I asked AND showed them an almond nail shape and they gave me a stilleto nail shape. When I told the guy that's not how I wanted it he got mad and started being rough with my hands. Yanking, twisting, and pulling on my hands. He had to soak of my nails and redo them. He was mad he had to redo it so he rushed through my nails. I got a gel set and I've gotten plenty of gel nails done in my time and he didn't put the base coat on first he just started with color. When I asked does a base coat goes on first everyone starts talking and I knew then that I was NEVER coming back. The lady who did my toes was great, but I'm never going back.

I come here faithfully every two weeks I even refer people over. they introduced me to ombré nails but the last 5+ times I’ve came it’s been one tragedy after another today I left with badly shaped nails after I told them it wasn’t going to look right but they insisted it would and I’m bleeding from my pinky finger because he filed my skin too much. I still had to pay $35. Come at your own risk

Trish has been caring for my nails for 2 years and she's awesome. I never have to worry I just come in and they take care of very nice people.

I had to come all the way to Alabama to get my nails done right! Lily did my nails today. She was fast and funny and accommodating! I will have Lily do my nails every time I visit Huntsville!

I've been going there since I moved to Huntsville. I love it there. I was scared that they closed completely the other day but then I saw that they moved.
The new building seems way smaller than the last one. That's the only downside.
The have new people there. They were very nice and experienced. Will definitely come back for bella and her husband!response / report this review -

They was nice but they did a horrible job on my nails and feet he didn't shape my nails down correctly like they was supposed too I was in and out quickly my nails pop off less than a week I wish I could post up a picture of their work of my nails just too show the proof. Just me personally I wouldn't send a family or friends over there i wasted 81.00 dollars for no reason..

Been a customer at Rejuvenation Salon since they opened. at Bridge Street. We had a party of 13 and they had an awesome experience at the nail spa.

So my best friend and I went to get pedicures and wine. They close at 6 so we got there at 5:30 they did a rush job on our toes. She clipped a "v" in my big toe (that I didn't notice until I got home). We were the last ones there so we're sitting and drying our toes and the girl cuts the tv off as we were watching it. They were in such a hurry to get off they forgot about customer service. Never will I go again.

I would like to start off by saying Lilly did an excellent job on my eyebrows. However, the customer service was extremely poor.This is my second time visiting this location and lets just say this will be my last time.The manager was extremely rude.My nails were rushed through yet again and my gel only lasted for 3 days LITERALLY! On the third day my nails looked like I had them for 2 weeks.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
I drove over from Decatur, a 30 min. drive, because I had heard that there was a new nail spa at Bridge Street. Unfortunately, I found it very unprofessional and the quality of their work was NOT impressive.
Julie, who did my pedicure, was rude and did not even do the advertised foot message; which is the main reason I like pedicures! When I questioned her about it, she said that she had to use the dry skin file on my foot so she couldn't do the message too. REALLY? The owner was dismissive as well. I had to go back to my Decatur Salon to fix their poor work.response / report this review -

Very Poor Quality Service. Owner is very rude. My nails look like press on nails which were glued to my finger tips, filed uneven, and a few of them not filed at all. The owner was extremely rude and admitted that it was a bad job. Said she fired girl but would not fix the bad work. It cost $45 which was a huge waste of money and time. I had to have them totally redone. I will not recommend or revisit. Beware
