Monica stays booked but she is worth the wait! I’ve had microlinks done in Atlanta and she is hands-down the best in Birmingham. Really natural looking and my hair so beautiful. Between the steam treatments to the beautiful healthy hair styles, I’m very pleased. She also supplies extensions with your services. Excellent quality.

Monica is simply exceptional! She never fails me and Always very accommodating. She truly cares about her customers. Every time I step foot into the salon I feel like I’m surrounded by family. Monica truly goes above and beyond and you can tell hair is her true passion. She has outstanding great customer service skills and extremely professional. She always has a solution any time I ask a question about my hair care. She puts your hair care needs first. I absolute LOVE coming here and look forward to my appointments. I had a great experience with Monica. I recently moved to the area and had the dreaded task of finding a new natural hair stylist. I had to give Monica a try based off the reviews and was not disappointed. I got a natural silkken blow out and color. Her and her assistant Miracle did a great job. Miracle is still in training and I did not mind her getting some experience tackling this mane lol! Keep up the good work Miracle and thank you Monica for bringing life back to my quarantine hair!

Was given a consultation by Monica and she was a sweet heart. Very educated on healthy hair period and I was very pleased with my visit. Monica is now putting me together a unit with extensions I purchased from Her Hair Company and I am uber excited about receiving it.

suffering from aleopecia and tired of wearing quick weaves. I went online and found Diva lace wigs. I wont go into detail concerning my situation but I was not happy with the service I received..She was awful about answering her phone or even returning phone calls.. This is bad service
If you place your cell phone number on the front of your shop door and onlineyou should be willing to answer sometimes.to a potienial customer this is a no-no. and Just because your voice mail says" If I dont call you back honey I apologize" you are telling people there is a 99% chance you wont answer.
When I give someone $285.00 of my hard earned money I deserve better than what I got.You should not have to hound someone to get service or your money back.I was not pleased with Monica at all and one thing is for certain
I dont care what you are selling or what kind of service your provide.WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BACKBONE OF ANY BUSINESS..
I am sorry to say that I will not refer anyone there

After reading the other posts I found it very odd that someone who comment on another persons experiance at Diva Lace..This is a review page..be it good or bad everyone that encounters Monica has the right to tell their storyIf you received quality service that is your right to sayIf I didnt,I have the right to say also..
