I went in not knowing what car was best for me, they helped me in so many ways. I told them what I wanted my payments to look like and they found the perfect car! They even went the extra mile by letting me take the car for an over night test drive which I didn't know you could do, I drove the car and I really got the feeling that it was the right car for me. I 110% recommend going here for your next car purchase! All of the staff were super friendly and explained everything so clearly. This was my first car purchase ever and I won't be going anywhere else if I decide down the road to get a new car! Absolutely loved everything about my experience!

Alicia, who might be new, truly cares about her customers. Brought my truck in for a water pump issue and she was quick to address concerns and was able to get me in and out the same day. I was looking for a new vehicle since my van was on its last string. I used CarGurus and searched for something that I could afford and would be interested in. There were a few cars I sent requests on but Middletown Ford got back with me right away and even with in my first contact with Dawn I already liked this place. I knew it was going to be almost a 2 hour drive for me but it was so worth it. They were personal and very easy to work with. Especially being a lady. The last time I bought my car from local dealership I got ripped off and taken advantage of being a young woman and having that been the first time I bought a car. I worked with Lisa Farrell! She was awesome! I would love to work with her again in the future! Thanks Middletown Ford!
