Definitely come here on Wednesday for karaoke. It's entertaining to watch both amateurs and those who missed the cutoff for American Idol juke it out for applause and recognition.

I have to admit that I have a bit of a chip on my shoulder about this place. The first time we went we tried the loaded fries and they were awful. Not only were the fries themselves terrible because steak fries always suck, but the toppings were terrible! They were topped with that fake, goopy nacho cheese and sliced black olives from a can. Bleh!

But I was convinced to give it another try because it was hubby’s treat. This time, we went with a burger - Cajun seasoning and bleu cheese. It was pretty darn good!

I would actually go back for that burger. Maybe there’s something else on the menu worth trying??

Had dinner here the first month it was open, ordered a grilled chicken salad and spent two days on the crapper, probably had the cook they keep passing around in the Oregon District that doesn't care about food prep sanitation protocols. Drinks here are good, but I've never been able to force myself to try the food again. Loved the night owl, was my favorite Oregon District bar.

Have been there about 3 times. The food is alright but the service is very slow. All of the staff members blend into the crowd and you can't tell who actually works there.

I went yesterday with four of my friends to get food and drinks. We got our beers right away, my friend got his soda after about 10 minutes and we got our waters after about 15 minutes, and we waited 45 minutes after our waitress took our order before I asked where our food was. She could tell we were upset but all she said was sorry that we're upset. 15 minutes later she comes to our table and tells us she never even gave the order to the kitchen. Extremely unacceptable behavior. The place was not busy at all. We got up and left

Horrible service, the staff in all just seem unaware of anything that goes on in the building.

Blind Bob's

To-the-point service, to the point of brusque. To wit: "do you have Dr. Pepper?" My son asked. "No" retorted the waitress (yes. I know the term of art is "server").

And that was it. "No". Not the expected "No, however we have X, Y, Z"

My son's southern manners seemed off-putting from the onset, as his addressing her as "ma'am" caused a certain bristling. (As a man sourced from a Massachusetts father and a French mother, my unawareness of southern gentility was once as pronounced but never as curtly displayed)

This - mind you - was only a speedbump. Truthfully, the experience planed above water shortly before the midpoint - before we were served.

Kids had burgers. I had Blind Bob's Benedict (a curiosity given that the menu states the eggs can be prepped any way but poached (Benedict being "kitchen-speak" for poached). Tasty - but it's okay to be a wee bit more friendly - especially in the service industry.

I'm giving this a 4-star rating because it's entirely possible that manners are simply overlooked in these parts - in which case you patrons from these environs will probably get by just fine!

Great local and touring bands, dynamite bar staff. Iffy on cleanliness but that's part of the dive ambience. Better than average tavern fare.

It's a nice place to grab a drink and some really fabulous food. Good atmosphere and drinks! Could use some updating to give it a lift. But everything else is great,!
