The Most Honest car dealership I have ever had the Pleasure of dealing with!!
My credit score had some bumps yet Jeremy worked diligently to find me financing!! He explained the vehicle to me in detail as to not waist my time! I could of bought a vehicle closer to my location, but I would of Never had the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as I found here!! I drove 115 miles one way to make my purchase and Every vehicle I buy in the Future I will buy here!!!

Bought a 2016 Chevy this week. I am in my 60's and have bought many cars both new and used for myself, my wife, and 3 adult children. I would have to say that this was the most pleasant purchasing experience that I have had. I dealt with Jeremy Sparks and from the get go until the end there was no pressure whatsoever. The entire experience was comfortable as if I were buying from a friend that additionally was looking out for my interests. Jeremy answered every question politely and totally professionally even when I challenged him with my needs. I would recommend MAAG to anyone looking for a vehicle of any type, make or model. I had Jeremy help me buy a car today with no credit and only a little amount of money down. I had been denied previously at a couple dealers yet Jeremy had hope and told me he'd try his best. He really did pull through and I now have a car when other dealers wanted nothing to do with me. I'm going there first for any other car I buy. I highly recommend it.

As a person with zero credit history trying to buy an american muscle car, I wasn't expecting much to be honest. While looking online for deals, most of what I found was either overpriced for the year, or simply needed more work than it was worth. A mustang GT came up and immediately grabbed my interest. I go to visit the dealership and was surprised to meet very friendly faces. They let me have my way with the car and take as much time as I needed. They were even nice enough to take their time out of their day to deliver the car to a trusted mechanic of mine. After agreeing to buy the car Jeremy was more than ready to help. He contacted 5 different banks in attempt to get me the loan for the car, in which he succeeded. As far as the car goes it runs perfectly well. However, warning to any potential customer of ANY used car dealership. Check to see if your brake pads are installed properly as mine were not. My mechanic believes it was the dealerships mechanic who didn't install them properly. His theory is they rushed it to get the car back on show as quickly as possible and it is something most used car dealerships do. While this claim may be totally incorrect, it is something to look out for just in case

I had the best car buying experience you can possibly have with Tyler Mitchell and Mid America Auto Group!!! Before even coming in, Tyler took his time to thoroughly answer each and every one of my questions. I was able to look at several pictures online of the vehicle I was interested in. And, I was even approved for financing prior to my first visit to the lot!!! Car buying can be stressful but not with the right team!!!
