Had the back window tinted on my Mustang. The back windows on these cars are a pain to tint but the guys over at Jay’s did a great job. A few weeks later the tint peeled up top but they fixed it without any issues. Definitely will go back in the future!

Walked in to get a quote and the smell of marijuana was overbearing. I left after getting a quote so I don’t know the quality of work.
Price was decent but detail world down the street had a more inviting atmosphere

Overall good experience here. They are normally pretty quick getting you in and out. They are good with working with your schedule. The problem sometimes comes with quality. I've had my car here twice. The first time they did exactly what I asked and everything came out good. The second time the product came out very, very poorly (unprofessional and worse than a cheap DIY). The quality of the work was just horrible. I'm hoping it was just an unexperienced tech. The cuts on the vinyl were uneven. The sizes where wrong and the lines uneven. I contacted them and they agreed to fix the issues.

Was there just this morning getting my malibu tinted. They were so attentive and courtious and they even printed out shimmer and shine stickers for my daughters. So sweet 😁

The staff (and Jay himself) was very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The service was fast - I was in and out in under an hour. Most importantly, my windows look great! I’ll definitely be back here with any future cars.

My daughter got her windows tinted yesterday. Her father set her an appointment to get a $169 tinting done on her car. She is young and inexperienced with high pressure sales and he charged her over $300 . He added in a windshield that almost doubled the price. She didn't even realize that is what she bought until it was done. She was very unhappy.The workmanship was good but the extra cost caused her to not be able to afford her Dad's father's day present. We plan to report this business to the BBB.

I had Jays Tint do two of my cars. I had my car tinted and they did a good a job. I only saw 1 flaw but it doesn't bother me.
Then a year later I had them tint my Wife's new car.
Big mistake! They did a rush job there were 2-3 guys working on different windows. I guess 1 or 2 of the guys didn't have much experience tinting.
I noticed when they pulled the car out that there were multiple small bubbles and flaws. The guy agreed and put a heat gun to them and explained there could be dust that they can't control? He said wait a week and it will work itself out. I knew it was messed up. I have had windows tinted on all my cars for last 20 years. Also they left the clear tint backing that was pealed off and some tint trim scraps laying on the back floor board along with a small slim razor blade tool.
I took it back a few days later. Dave guy blew me off and used a heat gun on a couple spots. Which one spot it melted the tint. It actually looks worse now.
Bottom line IF there are issues with the tint your stuck with it! They don't want mess with you. There is NO Lifetime warranty. I am stuck with it.
The worst part is I paid around 300 bucks for my Wife's Car. Now I hear it from her and I am out money. I wish they would of done it right. Or at least messed up my car instead of hers.
Now I am going to pay someplace else to strip several windows and have them re-tint.
What a headache! Don't waste your time and money with Jays tint.
Trust me you will regret it!

I took my Mercedes to Jay's August of 2016 to get my windows tinted. Jay is a nice guy, but the guys working for him weren't so friendly. They were rushing so fast that one of the guys were getting angry because he had to throw away a couple sheets of film because he kept messing it up. While they were tinting the windows, Jay, the owner offered to have the spoiler vinyl wrapped. I agreed to have the spoiler wrapped, but his guys acted like I was taking too much of their time and they did a quick job and used razor knives to cut the wrap, damaging my paint. Later when I got home I realized that some of the windows were all scratched up and there was dirt underneath the film. I called them, and they told me that I should wait until the end of the week and see how it looked. After a week goes by I call them, and they make me an appointment to come in. When I showed up, the guy that I talked to was rude and said "I get that it's a Mercedes but it's not gonna be perfect" and was trying to get me to leave. I got him to fix one of the windows, but he was persistent on only fixing one of the windows, and he wanted me to choose which window gets fixed. I got Jay to come out and look at it and he told them to take it in and redo a couple of the windows, and then they sent me on my way. Now, it's almost April of 2017 and I go to remove the spoiler, and I find that from where they used the razor knives to cut the wrap, the cut right through my paint too. So now there is a scratched outline of my spoiler. If I was ever desperate enough to come back here again, I would have to stand there and watch Jay do it himself.

I had my windows done by Jay's four years ago. Just recently I've noticed some bubbling on my rear window. I called today and left a message. Surprisingly, my call wad returned quickly, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, I was helped quickly. They totally replaced the coating, no arguing, no issues. Everyone was polite, and the eindow looks great.

I've had two cars tinted at Jays and both my husband and I recommend them to everyone we know. Excellent work! They tend to run a bit behind but nothing major. Similar to any doctors office so it's never been a bother. They're always kind and awesome to deal with!
