This hotel was clean and the employee at the front desk was friendly. The rooms are small but was ok for one night traveling through the area. We did not use the pool but other kids seemed to be having a great time. Left too early for breakfast. The room was clean, just small.

THE HOUSEKEEPERS WILL STEAL YOUR VALUABLES!!! My friend stayed there and made sure to leave the Do not Disturb sign up,. The housekeepers still went in, left coffee all over the place, went through all her stuff, and didn't even empty the trash. Definitely wouldn't recommend leaving any valuables in the room as they do not respect the Do Not Disturb signs and will leave your bags and closet open, without even hiding it. Sheets weren't changed, floor wasn't vacuumed, empty tissue box wasn't replaced, and a large bag of trash was left in the room. No attempt to clean was even made, yet 8 coffees were left and all personal belongings were went through.Definitely would not recommend this hotel, and the housekeepers are to blame!!!

A great place to stay! Extremely friendly staff, immaculately clean and well kept rooms. Breakfast included in your room price AND hot cookies in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall not a bad place to stay but I did find a bloody towel under the bed left over from previous guests I suppose. I nearly scrubbed the skin off my hands after I touched it. A.C. unit had a nasty rattle but other than that, not a bad place to stay.

Rooms clean, stylish, property clean, staff I have no complaints. Thankful to this property and it's management as they participate accepting FEMA reservations. The state of Florida does not have many so kudos to them. Good deeds done here

Great local place to rest your head, after Weeki Wachee.
Clean, reasonable priced, Friendly staff. HOT COOKIES in the afternoon.
I can't say anything bad about the experience, But One thing the hotel has no control over, the location of & access to the Pool.Seems not planned out by the builder. But Pool was clean and well maintained.response / report this review -

At first glance it seemed alright with decent size room and an updated look. But getting up in the morning I noticed a HUGE BED BUG on my pillow and quickly took it to the tub where I smashed it and a whole bunch of blood squirted out. I'm sorry to be this graphic but I would hate to have this beast feast on anybody else and if I can detract one person from this place I would feel a sense of accomplishment! It took us another hour to go through all our clothes and bags to try to shake what could be in them. When I brought this napkin to the front desk and asked them for a refund the lady didn't even flinch and refunded us everything! It's like this stuff happens on regular basis. I would not take a chance when there are plenty of other hotels within 10 min of this place.

Breakfast is mediocre. Had very loud people next to us. But rooms were super clean and staff was nice. They bake really good cookies in afternoon.

The location is nice , set back off the main road. But if you don't know where it is, you could drive by it for there is no sign. Room sizes are small, but the price point is great considering the service and quality of the rooms.

I rarely do reviews for hotels, I'm just lazy about it lol. However I had to come on here to leave one for this hotel. Excellent stay all around. The room was clean and fresh, as was the rest of the hotel. There were freshly baked cookies in the lobby as well as freshly brewed coffee regularly. Their free breakfast was excellent with so many choices! My favorite part was the lady behind the front desk. Shame on me for not getting her name, but she was so pleasant and SO helpful. She helped us to find the perfect place to eat and where we might want to shy away from. We were able to see wild manatees swimming because of her suggestion. I just truly enjoy a pleasant face behind the counter and it is because of her that I am writing this review. So thank you for the towels and your suggestion of Upper Deck!!!

My family and I are staying at this hotel for 6 days. So far it has met our standards. The room we are staying in is very comfortable and clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are soft and pillows super fluffy. The hotel itself is next to many restaurants and the area is pretty. Also really close to Weeki Wachee which is one of my favorite reasons to come to Spring Hill. Will be returning to this hotel in the future.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Wonderful, clean, spacious. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker w/ coffee, sofa, desk, chair. We had lots of room. Everything was clean. The bed was so comfy with nice bedding. Housekeeping came in everyday to empty trash and freshen room. The breakfast was pretty good with fresh hot waffles. For the other reviewer that was there the same time as us talking about waiting in line for a waffle uhm, it takes 2:30 to make a waffle for God's sake. Two waffle irons. Get over yourself. The staff at this Hotel are extremely friendly and nice. Eager to help and eager to keep everything running smoothly. We will stay here again.
