This is a new hotel building, about one year old, so it is very attractive in addition to the usual Hampton comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent hotel chain!

At the time of this writing (11/2017) this hotel is just turning one year old. The newer hotel is a huge improvement. More than enough plugs, USB ports even a hard wired CAT5 (Ethernet) cable. Male so you don't need your own cable. Free WiFi of course. The lady who prepared the breakfast did a great job. There was even grits and biscuits and gravy. The blinds block out all light. I will choose this over any if the other hotels I've used in the past in Augusta. We had a suite. My wife loved the furniture Choices.

I always get good customer service here. Never missed any opportunities to stay at this specific hotel. They have great customer service, new rooms, and fresher food than most Hampton inn I stay in. Great place. Thanks. My suite is so spacious. Thanks for not placing a single person in a double bed room. That's so annoying.

There is sooo much to say about my visit, but I'll keep it short. :) Due to the mandatory evacuation my sisters booked 2 rooms at the hotel. When we first arrived the front desk staff greeted everyone who walked into the hotel with a smile. They we're very friendly, and gave exceptional customer service. My sister forgot to reserved an extra day because we had to stay longer than we expected. The front desk staff was able to accommodate us. The room was nice, we had a spacious room, the shower was great! The housekeeper was nice and friendly. The ladies in the kitchen was friendly. Whenever we ate in the lobby, they would walked around asking if everything is ok and if we needed anything. On Monday, September 11, 2017 the hotel had an Appreciation Luncheon for The First-Responders, the manager offered the luncheon to the guests too.Which was a great, it helped a lot of guests out in more ways than he may have known. I talked with other guests and they all had nothing but positive things to say about their stay. KUDOS to all the staff, (front desk, kitchen, housekeepers, maintenance men, & managers)!!!!!!!! Me and my family will visit again soon. Thanks for providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Spent time here with my aunt from FL and we both loved it. It was off in the back and quiet. Very modern and clean. The fresh smell when coming into the lobby was welcoming enough. Spacious rooms. As we were swimming it started to rain lightly but with the covered out door sitting area we were still able to sit and catch up outside and enjoy watching the rain. I also love that there is a towel rack outside and music already playing by the pool. This Hampton is in a league of it's own compared to the other places I have stayed at in Augusta.

Clean, up to date, hotel with modern decor. Rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, desks, Ethernet, USB chargers integrated into outlets, and a kitchenette with microwave, sink, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Location is convenient. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is nice, and the people have been fantastic. I like the outdoor area, and it's quiet (the higher the room number, the farther from the highway, by the way). Nice gym, too. My only tiny sticking point is that the trash cans are tiny. It's small, I know, but after my first meal, I had full trash cans and trash on the floor. It's probably more of a Hampton Inn thing than this particular location, but here we are. Other than that, I love this location.

Was actually located at Red Roof Inn which is old Hampton Inn before new location was built. Place was clean and neat. There was a problem with the door lock not operating correctly.

Room was clean and comfortable. The end is only a week away for this old Hampton Inn. Will be a Red Roof Inn starting 9/1. I will miss the great price that this Hampton had to offer.
