  JoannePatonna, our Realtor at the Englewood Branch, has recently sold our home for us in Florida and this is the feedback I am more than happy to give.
  
  JOANNE. WELL, JUST WHERE DO I START? THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE HER COMMITMENT, PROFESSIONALISM, DEDICATION AND MOTIVATION, TO NAME BUT A FEW.
  
  SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERY INSTANCE, NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM TO HER AND NO MATTER WHAT CROPPED UP, SHE WAS A CALMING, ASSERTIVE AND THOROUGHLY POSITIVE LADY AT EVERY TURN. SHE SURE KEPT US MOTIVATED. AMAZING!!!
  
  SHE MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE AT INHUMANE HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT EVEN. RESIDING IN THE UK CAN PROVE PROBLEMATIC WHEN DEALING WITH TIME ZONES, HOWEVER, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN. IT WAS AS IF WE WERE LIVING NEXT DOOR. JOANNE MADE IT THAT SIMPLE.
  
  WE CAN'T CALL HER OUR REALTOR, WE CALL HER OUR FRIEND AND GUARDIAN ANGEL.
  
  JOANNE HAS NOW SOLD US 2 HOUSES AND HAS SOLD 1 PROPERTY FOR US. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ALL OF THE ABOVE ON EACH AND EVERY OCCASION, SO I THINK WE RECEIVED EXACTLY THE SAME TREATMENT AND APPROACH AS EVERY OTHER BUYER/SELLER THAT COMES INTO CONTACT WITH HER.
  
  WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HER, NOR WOULD WE BE ABLE TO LOOK TO ANYONE ELSE. SHE HAS SPOILT US IN THIS REGARD AND HER SHOES ARE TOO BIG TO FILL.
  
  My hubby and I both hope that this reaches the right ears and that Joanne's efforts, dedication and sheer hard work are quite rightly recognised.
  
  Thank you for the chance to express just a fraction of what type of a lady Joanne is and how much she has done for us and continues to do so.
