Very popular Albuquerque destination! Place was crowded, I had to wait for a room to open up. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner are part of the package along with laundry service. Entertainment area could use upgrades. Staff are always polite & ready to help!

Need to work on better customer service skills for front desk. Very bad attitude. If anyone needs to pay for future cash only bonds, you would need to go downtown which is 4th and lomas at the courthouse to pay. If you decide to go inside: bring only ID and cash only, much more convenient to get through security. Best of luck!

Beds are really hard and they don't have pillows! No TV's in the rooms, you have to use a pay phone for outgoing calls AND it has community showers! It said NOTHING about that in the Brochure! The plus side is they give you your own pajamas and slippers. but I didn't know it was a pajama party and you had to wear them all day and night. Once you get used to them it's almost checkout time and you have to give them back. But still it was kinda like summer camp for elderly people, so at least it was relaxing in that respect. Just sat around playing dominoes, spades and pinochle all day, and I had 5 roommates in my dorm and they taught me a lot of useful skills I could use once I checked out. But I found out they offer a special service! If you're from out of town there's a possibility they might transport you, free of charge, back to where you came from! Kind of the opposite of hotel California though, you can't check out anytime you like, but someday you'll still leave.

Worst vacation ever! Food was absolutely horrible. One guy even had maggots in his peas and carrots at one of the banquets I attended. Almost nothing to do here no pools, gym or yoga classes! I can't even begin to describe how lazy and incompetent the staff is. I approached one employee about my check out time and he literally replied with "not my job, now step away from my desk". I gave it one star but would have given zero if I had the option to do so!
