Metroplex had exactly what I needed and for half the price of the Nissan
dealership as well as other locksmiths I had contacted about he job. The friendly customer service was welcoming. The work was done within 45 minutes and everything works great. The new key/key-fob has a warranty for the next 30 days and in case there are any malfunctions they will take care of it at no cost to me. I'm so glad I got in touch with Metroplex and would recommend their services to anyone in need of them.response / report this review -

Metroplex Locksmith is the right choice! I contacted Braden Scott and he was able to schedule me for the same day. Very honest and up front regarding cost. Very professional and on time. For any of my key fob repairs I will be contacting them again. Very happy customer!

MetroplexLocks got to me the same day. Which is unusual for most businesses. Braden is good thank you for sending him They were able to send someone in my area. The representative was courteous and answered all of my questions. Made sure before we dismissed from our call that I was satisfied. I will be sending ALL my family and friends to your establishment

Someone stole my car keys! Metroplex Locksmith to my delight had a very friendly voice on the other end! They came within hour and had me back driving! Customer service was Well worth it. Thank you so much!

My daughter lost her only car key, Everyone from the call (which I do recommend) to Jose who came out was very professional and personable. They arrived very quickly which was good as she was parked behind me and I needed to go to an appointment.. They afforded very good value for their service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any other lock/key problems. Thank you everyone at Metroplex for giving great service!

Lost the key to our Caddy. I wasn't sure what to do so I started Googling. I found this place and read the reviews and responses. I decided to give it a try and I am very happy that I did. Very good customer service! The locksmith called right away and also called to inform me that traffic had him running a few minutes late (morning rush hour.) Once he got here he checked everything out, gave us a price ( very reasonable) and got us a key. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I paid too much for their service and at the ended up breaking another part of my car which is $300 and they only offer $50 to replace and they deny of breaking it I really don't recommend this place

WELL NOT PLEASE AT ALL ADRIAN HAD TOLD ME ONE PRICE WITCH WAS FAIR.THEN OVER NIGHT HE ADDED EXTRA 100$ HE TRY TO BLAME IT ON TOW COMPANY WITCH MY "UNCLE OWNS" SAYS THEY DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION SO ITS AN EXTRA 100$ WITCH IS A LIE NOTHING WAS DISCONNECTED IN FRIST PLACE.WELL WHEN THAT EXCUSE DIDNT WORK HE SAYS OH ITS TAXES.HMMM. OK SO WE PAID WHATEVER.HE SENT HIS "MECHANIC" TO LOOK AT MY CAR. WELL I PICK UP MY CAR AND EVERYTHING IS DISCONNECTED JUST THROWN AND NOT PUT BACK. NOT JUST THAT MY BLUE TOOTH KIT IS MISSING FROM MY CAR(porsche) IM SO UPSET THAT THEY WOULD TREAT MY CAR N I LIKE THAT. JUST BECAREFUL OF YOUR BELONGINGS.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

Great experience, great value. I bought a used truck that only came with one key. I called the dealer to see about getting a new transponder key made and was going to be over $265.00. I called about every locksmith in DFW and this was the most competitive price (about $54.00 out the door for the key and programming). Once I arrived my kids were offered a bottle of water and they turned on the TV to keep them entertained. It took the technician about 30 minutes and we were done. The staff was very professional and provided updates from the technician. Recommend them 100% if you need to get a transponder key made, don't get screwed by the dealers ridiculous prices.

I lost the key to my BMW, called them and they were so helpful. They came and made me a new key in less then 4 hours. Great customer service, quick, professional, and efficient.
