terrible service, parts, sales and motorcycle service. i took my motorcycle to replace primary seals on 12/8/17 and got my bike back 12/9/17 with a massive leak, you call parts for a quote and they hang up the phone on you because they don't take the time to help customers 12/10/17, bad customer service, sales wants to break your arm on the prices and don't want to work a deal to keep customer returning, second deal that falls through for me at the same store while attempting to purchase a new bike, meanwhile other dealers are willing to work with the customers. i ended up buying a better, newer, with 30k less miles and better condition at bruce rossemeyer harley davidson up in new smyrna beach.

Got here for Black Friday 5:30am 1st place in line what a disappointment $5 misserable dollars in a gift card!!!
Other well known locals that were behind in line got a lot more, this happens when the front lady sits behind the counter and picks whichever card to give to whomever instead of the person picking the card from a bowl.

Huge showroom with tons of brand new bikes! Awesome area of vintage bikes for viewing only! Staff is helpful and very knowledgeable! If in the area it definitely worth checking out!! Grab some poker chips!

On certain Saturdays there are gentleman serving hot dogs and burgers so long as monetary donations are made by those eating. Coffee and soda machines are available. There are also several events that occur throughout the month here. I love this place because of the wide selection of useful biker gear for Men, Women, and children. They even have a mechanic shop for your bike on site. And of course the bikes for sale here are of latest pristine quality.

This is a first! Not only did they not have a shirt in my size (2xl), after walking around for 5+ minutes and taking every shirt down to look at the design NOT A SINGLE PERSON CONTACTED ME! Several walked by without so much as a head nod.

Great staff, took time and attention to personal detail on what i was looking for. Most of their staff currently ride Harley's themselves so they can give you hands on advice. Hailee took excellent care of me and Ray as well, look forward to continuing to do business with this location.

These folks are amazing , we spent everything we had to come to Florida and ride our bike to key west. Our bike broke down 14 miles after pulling away from the Harley store . The next morning they loaded my husband up in the truck and went and helped him recover our bike. They were so nice and helpful which seems hard to find in the city. I am forever grateful to "Diesel" Dave and joe for all of the kindness and generosity they portrayed . Thank you , Bob and Tanya

Worked with Javier and Danny. Good people. Great welcoming vibe. The young lady upfront, Vanessa I believe, was super nice everytime I went in. Bought a bike over a year ago here and haven't regretted a single thing.

Not a bad place slightly pricey, Just be careful which sales rep you deal with. If you have to walk away from a negotiation and they might blast you on their personal social media accounts like some prepubescent boy that didn't get picked for a kickball game. Not the way real men handle business, I thought taking your anger out on social media was a millennial thing to do but I don't but hey what do I know times they are a changing. The sales manager on the other hand was a very nice guy. When I'm back in the market to purchase one of these fine two wheeled machines I'll just ask him to point me to the mature sales staff next time.

I had a wonderful experience in this location. I've been coming here for quite some time now and it's just amazing the way they treat you here. Jose who is the one helping me out with my decision on what bike fits best, has been excellent, you feel no pressure and they give you the time you need ,always qualifying your needs first. Javier the manager also awesome people. I highly recommend this place if you are buying new or used. Five stars again.

I bought a used bike with a friend and this dealer had the service history. The customer service (I think his name is Shane) was helpful and explained a lot of things about the bike. They took more time than usual to fix the neck bearing that needed replacement so they gave me a HD battery charger kit, very nice of them. I will definitively return in the future.
