  I contacted over a dozen jewelers by email about designing a custom engagement ring. I was traveling (in Brazil at the time), but wanted the ring made in my home town of Wichita. I received maybe 4 responses, but Melanie was the only one who responded with any level of enthusiasm.
  
  Throughout the entire design process, Melanie was very responsive, and really let me lead the design process, offering her input and advice when I needed it.
  
  She also helped me to source a reasonably priced sapphire for the ring, and really went the extra mile with some custom design work.
  
  I was very pleased with the end product, and equally pleased with the process of getting there. My bride was also pleased, and we will be wed next spring.
  
  I highly recommend Melanie Rene' jewelry, especially for anyone wanting custom work done.
