The service staff at this Meineke location is incredible. My husband and I have visited this location a couple of times for our problem vehicle and the staff is always giving 110% of their focus to ensure they meet their customer's needs. I would highly recommend this place. They really look after their customers and their cars.
The only reason I didn't give a solid 10 is because sometimes you have to stand around for quite a while before you get anyone to assist you with a drop off, pick up or check out in the office. They seem to be short staffed at some points in time and quite frequently there is no one in the office when you walk in.
Overall though, I would highly recommend and I will continue to visit this locationresponse / report this review -

I spent $1735 on my suspension less than three weeks at this location and the car was fixed great the day got it, however the next day I started feeling a minor issue with it and brought it back to the shop jack was very professional and took care of it. Two weeks later I the suspension started going bad again and I took the car back to the shop jack was very professional and told his mechanic to check the car. So I got in the car with car joe and as soon we got in in the car he started yelling and behaving really bad but the issue saying that they can not guarantee an alignment each time that I must heated something without not even checking what the issue was. joe is not professional and need to work on his temper.

Sat there for an hour because the guy upfront said he'd call me. I had an appointment and everything. When I went to ask for a wait time, he was watching videos on his laptop. Just walked out. Never going here again.

Shady practices, tried to argue with me about going synthetic to standard oil, saying it was perfectly acceptable. just because I am a female does not mean I don't know my way around an engine.

Do NOT go here for anything. They rip you off!!! Took car in and they lied and told me a part I needed for my suspension was not sold seperately and it would be $2200. Got a second opinion and turns out the part is sold separately and it wound up costing me $175. Plus while I can't prove it both of my phone chargers and aux cable were missing when I got my car back. Pretty sure they didn't just disappear. These guys are total scheisters. Stay away.

I went to this location because my vehicle kept stalling out of nowhere and it was the closest place. It was definitely a electrical issue but I had already bought a new battery so I figured the alternator was going bad. When I got there I told them what was going on and they wanted $70 dollars to check for me. After checking the guy told me it was my alternator and they would do it for $980 and would take off half the 70 dollar inital charge. So $35 dollars off. I was surprised they are okay with over charging hard working ppl day in and day out kinda makes me sick. Anyway I did it with my brother and yes it was a lot of work because of the alternator's location but saved a ton! Alternator 190 at Napa auto. $60 for some tools I needed for the job. $30 for pizza because I was to tired to cook for the kids. Saved over $700 dollars. O yeah youtube helped but thats free

Went for oil change and the gentleman there said he 'tested' several of the other essential fluids in my vehicle and that those tests came up 'dirty' (brake, transmission, coolant, & power steering fluids) & said that I needed the flushes asap for the health of vehicle and my safety .. and that it would regularly cost about $850 including the oil change package but if I bought "right now" he
could take off $ 100! Wow thx. Well it seemed a bit fishy and so I chose to do the research. turns out 1st off, you can't actually 'test' these fluids at all without sending to a lab far away, 2nd you only change brake fluid every 3years so I wouldnt need that for 2 more years, 3rd: coolant is every 50+k miles.. I have a good 35k miles before ill need that. Then I checked around anyway and for the same 4 flushes/fluid changes that he would do 'today' for such a bargain (2 of which I did not need whatsoever) i could get the same exact work done for $300-$400. In addition he didnt try to get me for the front brakes & new rotors that my vehicle DID actually NEED quite badly..(for 'safety'!!)
so lady's and gentlemen always do your research before you buy that 'bargain'! and for your fyi this meineke would like to over charge for things you dont need and miss & neglect to check for things you do.
But they do have a decent oil change package at the moment. Lol.

Fast service, but dishonest and over priced. The guy at the desk tried to sell me a synthetic oil change claiming that if I didn't get it, it would cause damage to my truck since I had gotten it in the past. $85 and trying to be swindled for a mid range oil change and tire rotation is not worth the quick convience.

Had an unreal experience @ this location this morning. I had an appointment @ 10am for a tune-up. I brought in my truck Friday night to get a quote on a tune-up, my truck was physically inspected and I was working with Zach on pricing. He wanted to meet or beat the quote from the Chevy Dealer that I had. We went over what needed to be done and Zach gave me a price of $630.00 and my quote from the Chevy dealer was $815.00. I said great! Let's make an appointment. Fast forward to my appointment time. I walk into the waiting area to leave my truck there and speak with Daniel. He had no real grasp on why I was there and what services I was getting done to my truck. I was taken aback by this and asked if any notes were left in the computer to get him up to speed. Daniel says to me that no notes were left because "they are blown out of the system at the end of the day". This made no sense to me at all! Daniel proceeded to ask me what Zach and I had talked about service wise. I told him what we discussed and Daniel adds up the prices, he tells me now the price is $1100.00. I responded by saying that I was given a very different price just two days ago. Daniel just gives me a blank stare and says Zach will be back on Wednesday. How does that help me? This was a total waste of time, destroyed my confidence in Meinike and the honesty of the crew working there. Daniel totally messed this up for his employer and I think I dodged a bullet by not getting my tune-up done there. After that I drove to Earndhart Chevy and was able to get my car in that day for a tune-up. I will gladly pay a couple hundred dollars more for honesty and good service.

This auto shop lie about pricing and trys to give fake offers Zach a worker there told my bf that a alternator bracket was 60% more than the actual cost and that they would put it on with no charge. After paying for service he was told that he needs a new belt that it was stretch turns out and wanted to charge 120 just for a belt. Turns out the issue is the mechanic didn't tighten the belt enough so it squeals while it ride.Get another mechanics opinion before going to this shop they are bad business, not only that while he was talking to a mechanic to ask him question about the car the mechanic got scared and tried to avoid talking to him and pulled Zach to the side for a conversation. Zach told him the only reason why he did that was because he needed to be on the same page as the mechanic he got suspended previously for it. Seems to me Zach is cheating many customer out of there many and having them over pay and the manager is involved in it too, tried to cover and say it was miss communication and that he added the service charge that Zach supposedly had no ideal about but that was a lie. BEWARE OF THIS MECHANIC SHOP

During my last oil change at this Meineke, an associate damaged the passenger side, side skirt below the door. Damage that was not easy to see, as my '05 Colorado is white. Instead of not telling me about it, hoping I would not notice, general manager Brandon called me to explain what happened. He offered to take care of the repairs and put me into a rental while it was being fixed. I was grateful they were so upfront about the mistake, but still nervous as I was not certain how it would all play out. Today I picked up my truck and was thrilled. Not only did the repairs look great, the rental went smoothly & nothing came out of my pocket for the costs. I want to thank Brandon for the incredible customer service he showed me, and will continue to use this Meineke for any mechanical needs. It's nice to know if something goes wrong that this team will make sure to make it whole again. Thanks Brandon & Meineke!
