Zero Stars- DO NOT RECOMMEND
Apparently the kitchen was too busy when we ate there. So the manager went to the door and LOCKED it to keep new customers from entering (this was at lunchtime). She then turned to the room and said "I locked the door and don't let anyone in or I'll effing kill you." SERIOUSLY.

It was the most bizarre and uncomfortable dining experience ever. Outside customers were knocking on the door and were ignored. No sign was put on the door to explain the kitchen was closed. As people came into the room from the outside deck to leave, they unlocked the door, so the waitress or manager would rush over to re-lock the door as they left.

Stopped for dinner. Service (think it was the owner) was rude, then slow. Wouldn’t wait on us- seemed like we were bothering them / her with our presence. When our wings finally came, they had no sauce. We then realized they were sitting in about 1/2 inch of fryer grease. Had to track someone down to pay our bill. Would give them less than 1 star if I could.

My wife and I went there for a meal and a beer on September 9, 2017. They had a limited $5.00 basket menu I guess because they were so busy. The food was absolutely horrible. The meat was like canned dog food and the burgers and meatball 'sliders' were a joke. Go somewhere else next year!! Charge me a little more and give me a decent meal. I'm in the area for a nice time to see the Elk, mountains, etc.

Me and my family were there this passed saturday we got 3 sodas 3 waters and one Coke and rum there was two ants Frozen in the ice cubes and grass in the ice cubes in the rum and coke so we asked for another one we also order 3 salads and 3 burgers after gettin the drink we wait 1 hour and still no food when we asked about our food we didn't get no answer so we payed for our drinks and left it was very poor service and I'll never go back in that place

Stopped in for a quick bite. Long wait for food, drink prices way too high for a place like this. Had drinks and left. Won't go back or recommend for anything.

Good destination bar/restaurant. The food and service are good. They have a nice deck for the warmer months. It's also a beautiful ride to get there.

We stayed 9/12 and had planned on adding a night to our stay but once we got to the room and common area we changed our minds. The floor in the room had not been cleaned. It was filthly and not fit to walk on in socks or bare feet. Pebbles, dead bugs, gross! The light fixture in the ceiling was full of dead bugs (it happens, but clean it up). I ended up laying a blanket on the floor so if our little guy got up in the middle of the night he had somewhere semi-clean to walk.

The "coffee bar" in the common area had a pot 1/4 full of moldy coffee. The mini-fridge had something spilled and sticky in the bottom.

Not worth $75, would not stay again. We moved to the Benezette Hotel for our second night.

Love the Medical! Food was soo goodwings were cooked just right crispy on the outside and almost tender enough to fall off the bone! They definitely were not small either! Hubby got the drunken Reuben. He lived it! Plenty of sandwich there!! Their homemade chips were perfect!! Crunchy and flavored just right! Great service!! Great place!
