Just left and didn't really diagnosed my son. Couldn't tell me what was wrong or anything. Should have just went to Dairy urgent care.. Which is a bummer because they had great reviews

This was my first time at a walk-in facility and I have to say I was extremely impressed! I went early Sunday morning didn't wait very long to be seen - The doctor took an x-ray of my lungs and found out I had walking pneumonia thank God it was diagnosed at an early stage! Everyone was super friendly and efficient from the gentleman at the front desk right through to the doctor. Thank you!

Our entire family has been treated at MedFast, the Viera location, and we have always been pleased with the care we've received. The staff is friendly and attentive, the physicians and nurse practitioners are professional and thorough, and they listen to your concerns. The facility is clean- which should be standard, but I've been to other urgent care facilities in the area where that wasn't the case, and MedFast is always clean, which shows that they care. The level of care you'll receive here is the same as you'd expect from your primary care physician that you've seen for many years. They'll treat you as a person, a patient; not a number and take your money, as I've experienced other places. I highly recommend going here for medical treatment, it's the best urgent care I've found in our area.

I brought my wife in to get treatment for a nasty cold and our experience wasn't great.

First, the giant dead cockroach on the waiting room floor didn't exactly inspire confidence. Next, my wife used the patient restroom there, then came back and told me there was urine sample with no lid just sitting in the bathroom. I used the bathroom myself 30 minutes or so later, and the cup of urine was still sitting there. GrossI told the front desk staff and they didn't seem very concerned.

Finally, we had to wait around 40 minutes just to be show to the exam room, where we were then told that we needed to wait another 20-30 minutes or so for the doctor to see us. Eventually, the doctor showed up and talked with my wife regarding her symptoms. By the time we were finished, we had been there 2 hours, and the office wasn't particularly busy. Once we got to the pharmacy, we discovered that the Doctor forgot to prescribe anything for her congestion or cough. Not impressed at all.

This particular Urgent Care Facility is clean and the staff is top knotch in health care. I’ve visited this facility on several occasions and each visit is always the same.

Check in is expedient and waiting time is minimal.

I can’t express my gratitude for a faculty that is personable, professional and has the expertise and knowledge to care for the patient with a lot of love and care.

My recent visit was appropriately 15 minutes before they closed and they cared for me as if it was early day. They didn’t tell me I had to come back tomorrow, but provided quality care and genuine concern.

I’m grateful for this location and their staff. Job well done.

Everything was handled very professionally and the nurses in recovery were extremely kind and helpful. I was made aware of everything they were doing before they proceeded and on an unrelated note, their movie selections are pretty top notch! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I've had a cough for a couple weeks and needed some help. My insurance hadn't kicked in at my new job and I had put off seeing a doctor. I called the number for Dr White an he was at my house that afternoon with antibiotics and cough syrup! Love it! He was professional and personable. I'm on the road to recovery! Thanks Dr White :)

Took my little girl here because she was complaining of her throat and had a fever, it was a Sunday morning and I knew she needed to get better. While after being there for 45 minutes we went back to the room. My little girl did throw up some and they gave her anti-nausea medicine. The nurse looked at her throats and said it was probably from coughing. I asked if they could test her for strep. He then said he didn't need to as there were no apparent signs of strep and that she propbably has gastritis. Fast forward to 24 hours later and she went to her primary and was tested for strep and it was positive. Going to medfast was a waste of our time, money, efforts. It was the first and the last that we will be going there. They just wanted to get us out to provide terrible service to the next patients. Dollar signs is all they see. And the "gentleman" at the front desk could not be more obvious of how much he hated his job and that we were inconveniencing him. Terrible. Next time I'll wait the 3 hours when Neimours opens their walk in clinic.

It doesn't get any better. I've used my local clinic three times. It's about three blocks from my home. Turn around is quick. The staff is competent and cordial. And they file the insurance paperwork for me. They even faxed the record from my latest visit to the VA.

I went to this office for a physical for work employment. The doctor was wonderful, the staff was wonderful. However, they stated via phone call AND in person at the reception desk that it would be a flat $81 dollars, yet I received a bill in the mail for another $49 for a total of $130. I hoped it was just billed incorrectly, but upon calling the billing office it says in their computer it was a physical. I didn't have any extra lab work or tests run. The billing office was polite and responsive and is submitting it for review, so if at some point they take the extra charge off then I will increase the number of stars for this review. However, I advise anyone thinking of going to this facility to be aware that the amount they bill you may not be the same price they communicate with you at the front desk.

Update: after 3 months and receiving yet another bill in the mail the billing office finally cancelled the extra charge, so I have increased the rating for this business. I will not be returning because of this extra headache it has caused me. Just be aware to thoroughly check your bill if you decide to go here. It's a shame because the back office staff were wonderful, it was just a billing error on the receptionist's part and the billing office that was a problem.
