Great! Wide range of very good beers with a lot of food on offer. And friendly & fast service.

Honestly, I didn’t even truly get to enjoy this place because the server Raymond was so terrible. I’ve honestly never had such awkward and mean service from anyone before. Haha. We went here for dinner on Friday and it was incredibly slow. Please make better selection of your servers. Thanks.

Ued to come all the time and were able to dismiss the terrible service because we love the food and atmosphere. But there is no excuse for flat out missing food you ordered bring appetizers, salads and entrees at once and forgetting our table for the first 30 minutes when there was onlh one other table. We will only return to sit in the beer garden and with big beers in the summer.

I had a fantastic time here before the FC Cinncinati game. The beer is fantastic and its a respectable distance from the stadium. Look into getting a shirt or scarf from the local group, or practice some German inside.

Lovely place. The beer was good the food was OK. I like my food hot, which it wasn't, it was just warm. It didn't help that it was served on a cold plate. Nice crowd and good music.

Awesome venue. Loved the vine covered seating. Beer was cheap and atmosphere was perfect for the occasion.

Interesting little place. Happened to stop in during the FC Cincinnati match. The bar area is awesome. I really liked the old wooden booth. There also a good-sized outdoor seating area. Since it is a German restaurant, I had the bratwurst meal that came with kraut and mashed potatoes. Enjoyed the mustard for the brat.

Great German food. Cozy outdoor patio covered by grape trellises. My brat sandwich with potato pancake was delish! (This coming from someone who only eats white brats cooked to bubbling PERFECTION. The sauerkraut had too much vinegar for my tastebuds, but everyone else raved about it, so I'm sure it too was excellent.

I have been going to my best friends family restaurant for over 20 years and it is still as fun now as it was the first time I went.

It's a great restaurant and they have an excellent selection of beers on tap that rotate regularly. The crowd is generally of the college variety and so there is a lot of great diversity among the patrons and workers.

They also have a German language stammtisch on Monday nights as well as an excellent German buffet every second Saturday of the month.

You won't be disappointed. A lot of original architecture and the cones growing over the beer garden are over 100 years old.

The great old building, the beer selection, the wait staff and the appetizers were great, but. The Sauerbraten was so tough it was difficult to cut with a steak knife. Five of us ordered it and no one liked it, no one finished it. Could have just been an off night. I would be happy to drink a beer there and eat some fries, but it would take a lot of convincing for me to be persuaded to waste $20.00 on an entree.

If you like German style food you'll love this place. Great big beer selection and they will help you find one you like. A little pricey. Nice private outdoor patio with lots of shading. Food service is a little slow but the servers are awesome people.
