As a veteran, we couldn't be more impressed with Neil Douen who was our realtor for our home sale & new home purchase. Throughout our experience, Neil was always communicative, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of the housing market. In this extremely chaotic market, Neil's steadfast dedication led us to an incredible home with no stress. I highly recommend Neil to anyone buying or selling.

Neil was very pleasant to work with. He always gave us his honesty when ever we asked questions or his opinion. Even if he wasn’t sure of the answer he would tell you that but would always get back to you with his findings or guided us accordingly to finding an answer. He was very personable and always responded in a timely manner. Thanks Neil for being apart of our “New Build” journey!
