I ordered online & received a call w/in minutes of placing my order. The very nice lady informed me the vase in the picture was sold out. She told me all my other options & based on my choice & comments said she could replace some of the flowers w/ another color which would be more complimentary to new vase. Incredible customer service & when ordering from another state this is greatly appreciated.

I ordered flowers for my mom, I am in NY, she is in Lafayette. Although I knew it was last minute (Friday), for $40 plus taxes plus delivery fee, My mom received 14 tulips! I was rushed on the phone only being asked how much I wanted to spend and then for my card number. I support small business and did not want to use online so I called my Dad and my Sister about ordering from here and they said oh yes, they will do a good job. I am hurt and disappointed, I wasn't expecting alot, but I wasn't expecting 14 tulips either.

I called last minute and asked for a pretty spring arrangement as a "Thank You" gift. Leanne (spelling?) was very attentive and knew exactly what I wanted. The arrangement was done in time and it was beautiful! I am also an early bird, so I loved that they open before everyone else.

McKinney's did an AMAZING job on the flowers for my October wedding! I had to do my planning long-distance, but it was a great experience! I provided some pictures and descriptions of what I was envisioning, and Leeanne helped me work out all the details over the phone/email. Communication was always very prompt, and I was able to update my order with new items as I needed. Best part -- the morning of the wedding, everything was exactly as I imagined and delivered on time! Completely stress-free and the flowers were beyond gorgeous. I would 100% recommend McKinney's to other Lafayette brides!
