Very friendly receptionists. Dr. March got to the point and just prescribed me what I needed (straight-forward issue). Was in and out in 45 minutes on a Friday evening.

The old ladies cannot read simple instructions on a website. Makes me question their ability to read the right diagnosis and chart for all the patients that come in there. Fake smiles. Talk about you after you leave. They complain about people's attitudes and rudeness, but are inconsiderate themselves.

Wait times are ridiculous. Reception staff are rude. Don't waste your time. However, Dr March is great! He is he only good thing about that place.

I called ahead of time to try and see Dr. March and they told me I could, then after I got there they gave me a different doctor. I waited around 2 hours and the doctor saw me for maybe 5 minutes before she said that she was busy and had to go. When I said something to staff, they said I would still be charged for a full appointment, that is very unprofessional. They really need to consider having more doctors on staff, the quality of care shouldn't suffer just because you are busy. I will say the nurses here are very good. I will not come to this network ever again.

I highly recommend Dr. March- he was very professional yet down to earth and took the time to talk to me about my illness. I was seen very quickly too, although I came early in the day. My only issue is with the check-in desk. The receptionist asks the reason for your visit in front of everyone, which can not only be embarrassing, but is also a HIPAA violation. And what's the point when the nurse asks the same question once you're in the exam room? Please take a cue from other urgent care offices and make this process more private for your patients!

Showed up and we got in fairly quick however it took over an hour before we were told it was going to take another hour for us to see a doctor. We even asked for a school note and a guy who was sitting at a desk told us to ask a nurse very rudely and gestured with his hand for us to go away. Very bad service and takes forever and staff is not friendly at all

The check in staff and nurses are amazing. We had a new doctor this time who was awful professionally and medically. My daughter tested positive for strep. I said the antibiotic doesn't work for her that he prescribed. After 3 doses she feels worse than when we were seen. They said to call back if it didn't work. I called back 4 hours ago. No response. I just called again. I need to be patient. I'll get a response before 8 tonight. Why did I spend $50 on Saturday if she's still going to be sick on Monday? He also said he thought she was too tall to be a flyer for cheering, and he thought she was thin for that position. He said pudgy girls give more room for error when catching them. We won't be seeing that doctor ever again.
