We live within approx. 25 min. from 2 Harley Shops, however we choose to drive 1-1/2 hours to Neidengard's. The entire staff is great. Their technicians are the "ONLY " people that touch our bikes . We just purchased our 3rd bike from them.
You can't go wrong doing business at Neidengard's. They're the best!!!response / report this review -

I went in only to look round. Frank (sales associate) was quick to assist me. I walked out with my very first Harley Davidson. Even the right model I've always wanted. We received quick financial approval and walked out with low monthly payment. The atmosphere was layed back and friendly. They were all like family. Each department was quick to assist with all of my needs and did not disappoint me at all. I'm proud to be a new family member of Neidengard's and wear their name proudly. I will be returning soon with my very large wish list.

Bought new bike in 01/15 off the floor..Good experience. Ordered another bike 10/15, and was told to give a $500.00 deposit and bike would be in in 2 weeks, But if I didn't buy bike upon arrival no refund(I understand that) ..7 weeks later bike was still not in and no one could give a date as when it would be in..Adventure Harley had same bike on floor and beat Neidengards price by over $1000.00. Called Neidengards first thing next day to cancel deal and said NO REFUND as bike would be in next week! nobody told me!! So I guess spending over 30,000 on one bike earlier in the year was not appreciated..This is true, although I'm sure will be deleted ..I will tell everyone to stay away and go to Adventure where they appreciate the business Reply to owners response..Please re-read my review..Bike wasn't delayed by four days..""It was over 5 weeks from promised delivery date(by Frank) "". When I Bought other bike you still didn't have it..So by not refunding my $500.00 deposit I will continue to see you as a liar and a thiefAnd tell EVERYONE I see to stay away from your "business"Just to update..STAY AWAY!! LIARS AND THIEVES! Just another reminder they don't keep their word , Then steal your deposit moneySTAY AWAY!
