***WARNING*** do not give this company you well earned money requests deposits, say its first come first serve NOT TRUE, we gave them a deposit and waited most of the summer to get it installed refuse to give deposit back, there are plenty other pool companies around that are far better than these, the whole family working there are rude!!!!

BEWARE:: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, THEY LIE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING AND SEND YOU A BILL FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND OFFICE STAFF VERY RUDE. THREATEN TO TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR A BILL YOU DON'T OWE, WAS TOLD SOMETHING WOULD BE 180 DOLLARS AND GOT A BILL FOR 565.00 AND THEN DEMANDED I PAY IT OR THEY WOULD COME AND GET MY HEATER THAT I PAID IN FOR 1,411.41 SAID THEY WOULD COME TAKE IT BACK IF I DIDN'T PAY THEM DON'T DUE BUSINESS HERE IT'S A RIP OFF..

Worst experience ever! Ordered our pool, paid half down, was told 3 weeks for install. Called them after 3 weeks was told would be another 2 1/2 weeks. Almost 3 more weeks went by called again was told another 2 1/2 weeks. Asked what the hold up was was told they had a lot of inground pools to install. (Ours was above ground) Their policy is supposed to be first come first serve. Decided to cancel their install and just get our pool and have someone else install it since summer is almost half over now. Got to mcalarneys and they said well we still have to order the pool! Would not give refunds either! Was very rude about it also. Will not step foot back in that establishment. My kids lost half their summer in their new pool because of them!

Just tried to shop there to get pool supplies for a used pool I had just bought. Sales girl was very friendly but instantly had to get manager which is no big deal. Manager girl was annoyed at the thought of helping us and was very rudeI went out to get a piece that I needed replaced from the jeep and she headed straight back to office before I could return. Didn't even try to help us at all. Rude wouldn't return for nothing hope they go under

I came in to look at the hot tubs for my father's birthday present. The staff there was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and we ended up getting one of the Bullfrog Spas.

If you're looking for superior custom built in-ground swimming pools and fast, enthusiastic service, McAlarney is the company for you! Never in my life have I received such thorough and accurate service. I almost want to put in a second swimming pool, just because I know it would be easy and fast with McAlarney. Look no further, rip up those other business cards, McAlarney is the top name in pools, spas, and billiards.
