Nicely done farm experience with swings, zipline, slides, sand piles, pumpkin patch and more! Great for a family outing day trip.
My wife and I's child came home after a field trip from Mayfield's and they have a tetherball and a child from another school hit the ball and the rope got wrapped around our sons neck. He said he couldn't breathe and no adult was around to untangle this from his neck. Luckily another student seen this happening and untangled it from him. It looks as if he was choked like from a creepy movie. I messaged Mayfield's Corn Maze and this was their response "Hi Karl, I can understand how upset you are. I will be addressing this as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention." No apology and no return call. I don't think people realize how fast no oxygen or blood to your brain can cause brain damage or possibly death. Since my wife and I was not addressed in a timely manner I think we may seek council. Children are precious and life is fragile. If you want a business that caters to children then have precautions and people keeping a close eye at all times. Many schools have removed tetherballs for dangers such as this. Parents beware!
My grandson and I love this place. Very affordable with lots of stuff for kids to do. This is our second year coming here and both times we stayed till closing. Will do it again next year for sure. Very family friendly place to visit.
We went for our first family pumpkin patch and corn maze. We had a lot of fun. The kids had plenty to choose from and we will go again.
Too crowded and not very family friendly. I would recommend Guthrie's Pumpkin Farm as they have a hay ride that takes you directly to the pick your own pumpkin patch. They have a general store with cute little nick-nacks and the place is family owned.
Love the Mayfield family they do so much for their community
Really fun. Seems like it was a little pricier than other attractions like this. Corn maze was kind of meh.
I wish I'd have come today! The slide had a mud puddle at the bottom that my granddaughter needed me to go with her. now I'm walking around with a wet muddy bottom for the rest of the day. I found a manager to inform her, who NEVER even apologized! Instead gave excuses why it "might" be wet. What you get when you let teenagers run your business.
Lots of things to for kids. My kids had a blast. The main thing though the corn maze was imo a real let down. The corn was cut to about 3 feet and the paths could be very confusing. We went in the large maze and somehow exited out of the small.
A great place for kids. Our kids loved the slides and the bouncing area the best. We found that visiting during the week was better as there weren't as many other guests.
