The food was Great. Great atmosphere, drinks. My wife is a gourmet cook and I'm a tuff critic and I have nothing to complain about like the other people on Google reviews, get a life. Keep up the good work. The staff was tremendous and I made that know with a 30% tip. I'll be back for more this summer.

This place was the most well run restaurant I have ever been to. Fast, friendly service and the place was slammed! Says a lot about a place that can handle a full house in style. Oh yeah, and the food was excellent and fresh. Highly recommended.

Wait time was right on target. Expect a wait on weekends, but we'll worth it. Staff well trained both behind the bar and table service. Had a fantastic dinner, desserts were even better. Pumpkin cheesecake, and bread pudding topped the night. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I now know what all the buzz is about! Have traveled down here twice in the last few weeksthe raw bar and seafood is fresh and worth the visit alone. Beautiful location. Oysters are a must and the Clams Casino was the best we have ever had. Valet and great staff handle the crowds very well.

We came in on a Monday to avoid the very long lines common during the weekend. Our wait was nothing, and we're seared immediately on the second floor next to the windows (which has a fantastic view).
Our waiter came up very quickly, introduced herself, and the usual. We ordered the oyster sampler first with wine and beer, with both the drinks and oysters showing up very quickly. The oysters were fantastic, and the two sauces were good. I had a lobster roll after which was good, with some fries that were also not bad.
We were seated on the second floor near the windows also, which had a genuinely fantastic view, far better than the patio from what I've seen!

The Valet Parking was much appreciated. The attendants were polite, respectful & courteous.
We asked for outside seating and we had a wonderful view of the water. Table was cleared and reset for us within minutes.
Our waiter was polite, smiled, attentive withiut being intrusive. Well informed of specials, which Oysters were available & listened to all of our requests.
The appetizers came out quickly. We ordered Oysters, Clam Casinos & Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce. Oysters were delicious. Shrimp was the jumbo size. Casinos were well liked also.
Our dinners came out quickly as well. Fish n Chips, The Fried Clams & Sea Scallops. Each meal was a plentiful amount of food. I myself had the Scallops, the plate came with mashed red bliss potatoes, nice variety of vegetables, a bed of delicious corn salsa with Scallops on top.

Like my dad said, one of the best meals hes ever had. We enjoyed the ri chowder, striped bass and of course the buck a shuck. Everything was very fresh and tasty!! A beautiful location with friendly staff.

Beautiful day and delicious meal at Matunuck Oyster Bar. Tuna was tasty and well prepared. Would get it again. Wait staff was attentive and timely. Overall terrific visit.

Great seafood, fresh, locally sourced. I had the calamari (local) and they were cooked perfectly -- hot, crispy outside, soft inside, not at all chewy/rubbery! We had the baked-stuffed lobster -- best one we've had in a long time, cooked correctly -- often other places overcook/dry out the lobster; not here.

No frozen drinks served. Rather pricey and somewhat limited menu but what is offered is very good and fresh. Call ahead for reservations or be prepared for long wait. Nice atmosphere, pleasant wait staff, very attentive. Would go again. Fun with big group .

Best seafood in Rhode Island!!! Locally sourced and heaping portions. The Matunuck raw oysters were delicious and worth trying. Excellent view on the water and complimentary valet parking make this an incredible restaurant!
