Purchased a computer recently and they were great to deal with. Always have been. However, answering the phone during busy hours, good luck with that and is the only reason I gave them 3 and not 5 stars.

Several "lost" appointments when journeying to the store; apple supposedly offers a free set up with a new 2K lap top, but getting it done required several phone calls, many 30 min. waits on hold (but they offer a choice of music while you sit around all day, so that's supposed to make sitting around all day better!?!?!?) and chirpy but unhelpful store staff that tell you to call the apple support number (you know, the one with the long waits and the choice of music) WHEN YOU'RE IN THE STORE!!!!!!!! Customer service used to be what sold these things; it isn't anymoreVERY disappointed with the whole experience and can't reccommend them now.

I was going to switch over to an iPhone. But the automated phone system was so annoyingly bad that I decided I don't want to deal with this if I ever have a problem! If this is how Apple represents themselves I'm all set! I want to talk to a human not a robot.

In order to write this review I had to choose 1 star- in my opinion this location deserves 0 stars. My computer had the "3 beeps of death" so I had to make this appointment. I walked into the Apple Store tonight for my 6:15pm appointment at 6:00pm. I went to check in but was told to "go away for 5 minutes" because they only check people in 10 minutes before their appointment. The lady told me there was a rush, but there was barely anyone in the entire store. Bad way to start off this appointment. Then I was approached by one of their ROBOT employees who said less than 50 words to me the entire time and showed no interest or emotion in what I was saying. I told him about my computer problems and then he brought my computer back to me and said my battery was out of place and then paused to insinuate that I dropped my computer and caused this problem (Apple has been the only people to go inside of my computer). Then the ROBOT told me that he "taped" my battery back into place in order to readjust my loose RAM----horrible choice of wording. Then the ROBOT told me that my computer was not under warranty, which was probably the most stupid thing he said to me. My computer is from 2012 (5 years old)- obviously I know that this is not under warranty. Then the ROBOT proceeded to test my computer and everything came back fine and told me I could go. So many missed opportunities: 1. be a human 2. missed the opportunity to show me or sell me a new computer (which I was thinking about before I encountered this ROBOT) 3. many other missed opportunities, but don't waste your time at this store. Full of robots and very unhelpful. As soon as you walk in the door they will turn you away unless you arrive exactly 10 minutes before your appointment. Go to Boylston St. store---I think there are still humans left there.

I love this place. They not only fix everything right the first time, but they often throw in discounts unasked. They also cleaned my filthy keyboard when they did a repair w/o being asked and no charge.

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. There was no wait time to see someone. Jeremy was my "go-to-guy" He was so patient with me and walked me through the setup of my Fitbit quickly. I walked out a very happy person and ready to run🏃🏼‍♀️
    Thank you Jeremy

Last night my husband and I went to apple to buy a new phone (for me). The first person took our name down, we waited and waited and asked another person who responded by asking if we had an appointment. I looked around and counted 7 apple employees standing around doing nothing while I waited to buy a phone. So we walked out of the store and I over heard one employee who wasn't doing anything say "there leaving." They didn't even care we were leaving. Apples products are already going downhill, now they have pretentious employees who don't care about even selling their products. Needless to say I'm going to my carrier instead to buy the phone. This is the worst Apple Store I've ever seen stay away from it if you want to actually buy a product there.

Buy something else. They determined the manufacturing of my son's $2900 system was defective and they would not reorder the exact system. They attempted to sell him a higher model at $600 more, and put the ownership on him to reorder it. The store manager Cooper has absolutely no customer service skills, don't even buy a cable from this location.

Got the usual 'we don't care' attitude. I think the root cause is the location - this store is always busy so they know they are going to earn money even with this attitude. I'm ready to pay money to do a repair on a product that's out of warranty, yet they don't care wether they'll have my business or not. This is the worst part of Apple Inc - no care for customers - their products are so good that you are on the hook no matter what. Well, even good products break and I like getting mine fixed. I use my computer for work, not gaming and cannot afford to keep it in the store for 2-3 days when repair takes 1 hour.

Called to make an appointment, and I never received a confirmation email. Called back to check, and they didn't have me in the system at all. Had to rebook for another day, and they were not at all apologetic. Hoping the actual appointment goes better than the pre-appointment.
