I went into this store after going into other mattress stores. When I came in, Ryan had me sit down and we discussed what I was currently sleeping on and what I was looking for in a new mattress because I have a lot of back pain. He brought me around to a lot of mattresses of different firmness levels.

Ryan was the most helpful of anyone I talked to from other stores in the Nashua area. He answered all my questions and helped guide me into the mattress that felt the best for me.

I would highly recommend mattress firm and especially recommend Ryan. 5 stars isn't enough stars for the service he provided. He was easy going, knowledgable and friendly! He made the whole ordeal of mattress shopping stress free and I am very satisfied with my purchase!

My husband and I stopped by today with our newborn with only an hour to find the perfect mattress. Carlos was super helpful and knowledgeable. We have never bought a new mattress before and we had no idea what we wanted. He expertly pointed us in the right direction. He answered all my questions. And I'm super excited for our delivery on Sunday!

Very happy with my recent purchase! Shopping for a mattress (for me) was not a great experience. I'm not a fan of big furniture stores, everything about it seems fakeincluding the quality of much of the product. I enjoyed shopping in a store that was specialty - just beds. Carlos found us a sweet spot between price, quality, and what was worth owning for years. The last few nights on it were proof! Thanks.

Guys this place is great. Gregory was the one who helped me w my order he was very kind and patient, and gave me a great discount. I strongly recommend. My husband and I worked with Ryan to buy a fantastic mattress for a great deal. He wasn't pushy at all, very knowledgeable, and showed us many different types of mattresses in different price points.
