We went tubing and it was so fun that we went again on Christmas day! Staff is great! Maybe not something you want to do when there's a snow storm but so fun on a snow filled day!

Really nice place, little outdated, although the main building has been updated and looks really really nice. Went for snowboarding, had a great time. The pool room was nice, had thoughtful combination bench/holding troughs for your wet snowboarding gear so you can swim. Ivans is always a hotspot for food and beer, the other place.. the river bistro I think, is a lot nicer, but it's up a flight of stairs so not super designed for boarding because it's hard to get up with big heavy boots. All in all a great place and I'll keep coming back year after year.

I love it. Stayed at summit village, staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms can use some updates. Food was good too!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a ski lodge feel, but not really updated. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. The wireless isn't very good during a conference. The custom omelette station for breakfast is fabulous. It's a better place to get away from it all than to be in the thick of things.

The resort had a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were nice, clean and welcoming. Service was great. The pool/hot tub area was extremely busy and I was awoken at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning by someone vaccumming. But all in all it was a pretty nice place.

Good place for groups. Clean and staff is superb. Chefs are amazing for food allergy people! Cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful.

If I could give it no stars I would. The golf course we went to had the worst service I have ever encountered on a golf course. We had a group of 20 guys who all paid to play and give them business. There was a guy there named Roger who constantly was telling us to speed up and that we were holding everyone up when we were actually right on time. He was trying to rush us when golf is not meant to be something rushed. It made us all very uncomfortable and felt like we couldn't take our time with our shots because of it. Overall the course was very nice, but for anyone to enjoy there time their I would suggest getting rid of that Roger guy because he really made it the worst golf experience I have ever had and have never been treated that way on a golf course in my life.

I was here for business and it was a very nice place! The views were exceptional in the room was very clean. I did have a king bedroom with a jacuzzi tub, the jacuzzi tub was rather old and sounded like a semi. We also had different catered meals and they were very good and the wait staff was exceptional as well. There was one desk clerk who was not wearing a name badge who was rather rude during check-in but thankfully other friendly employees made me almost forget about her.

Was there as a vendor for a trade show. The staff and cleanliness was exceptional. Booth space was minimal and they were unable to provide enough outlets for everyone. But the overall experience was enjoyable.

I attended a wedding rehearsal dinner at Shanty, and the setting and service were phenomenal. The food was great, from appetizers to dessert. It was clear that the staff had done events like this before, as everything came out with practiced timing. A great space for a special event!

Our bottom floor suite with hot tub in room was gorgeously decorated and offered plenty of ambiance! Excellent scenery and beautiful sunsets were enjoyed just outside our patio door! Extremely comfortable bedding with plenty of pillows. Beautiful updated bathroom with a separate room toilet and newer glass paneled shower offered convenience. All the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! Can't wait to go again!

I stayed at Shanty Creek for a work conference. My overall experience was wonderful. Everything was clean, well maintained, staff was friendly. However, the vegan food I was served was awful. I hope this was just a fluke. I've had great experiences in the past.

Great service and great people! Everyone here is so happy to help however they can. Food was great, although I wish there was more on the menu. My wife went to the spa and about loved it. While I played a round of golf for only $19!! Would definitely stay here again!!
