Very confusing on how to get to specific areas for skiing/snowboardingtook me over 30 minutes bc Google maps address listed took me to the wrong locationonce there tho had a great time! Service from start to finish was amazing and slopes weren't too busy

Great super friendly employees. I only went to purchase a season pass but I've been sitting there before and it is a great Hill and I would assume that their hotel is just as good.

I stayed nearby at a friend's cottage but schuss mountain is great. Other than Saturday they hahha very good deals on lift tickets and it isn't quite as crowded as some of the more popular mountains up north.

Stayed in the Cedar Village hotel. The suite we had was nice and roomy, and very clean. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Will be returning!

Less thrilled with this side of shanty creek. Just here to golf and had to fend for ourselves for everything. Could be 4.5 stars but staff needs some education in customer service.

The suite we stayed in was easily able to accommodate 5 guests, large bathroom and small kitchenette with a refrigerator.

I really enjoyed the resort. The staff was friendly and when i ate at the river bistro even though they did not have my favorite brew, Chris, a member of the waitstaff made an excellent suggestion. This is a top notch resort with excellent ski conditions and great service.

The room was very nice and service was good. Shanty Creek is located near Shorts Brewery in Belaire and close enough to visit Traverse City. The food at the Cedar River Village was not up to what I would expect from a resort. The breakfast buffet was decent but overpriced. Lunch missed on service and the truffle fries were disappointing. The catered dinner steak had the texture of pot roast and the flavor was off. The staff was friendly and we had great bartenders for the event bar.
