Edit: so, just found a tag on my mattress that says ‘second hand - treated with steri-fab’. Not ONCE was I told I was being sold a second hand mattress, I thought I got a great price from the ‘sale’ pile, but it was never mentioned my mattress was used!!!! I was told that the mattresses I was selecting from were floor models or last of the range, therefore massively discounted. Not only am I disgusted that I was sold a second hand mattress without being told, but that it was treated with a pesticide to kill bed bugs when I eat organic foods, use natural cleaners and organic natural fibers on my sheets. And for a few months I’ve been sleeping on a mattress treated with pesticides unknowingly. It was a good deal if this was a new mattress, but an exorbitant rip off as a second hand one. If I wanted a second hand mattress, I would have bought one for $50 off Craigslist and treated it myself, not gone into a mattress store and spent close to half a grand.

Original review: Odell was fantastic. I came in with a pretty restrictive budget and he was super helpful in making sure I got a really, really good deal for my extremely low budget!!

Odell is fantastic! I had an issue with my pillows in January that he resolved immediately! What a knowledgeable man! I returned back to him with my mother (who is 90!) last night and he was more than helpful getting her a more comfortable mattress! He is very compassionate and friendly! We cannot put into words how much we appreciated the honesty, patience and overall personality of Steven at this Mattress Firm location. We came in with a specific mattress in mind and it is no longer available but it was available online. We didn't want to buy a mattress online without feeling it in the store and he worked with us tirelessly to find a similiar mattress and at good and competitive value to online. I would always come back to Steven in the future and will never use online for mattress purchasing because it is people like Steven that show the difference between what face to face customer interaction and satisfaction looks like.

Walked in and was immediately respectfully greeted by Odell. I gave a brief summary of my financial situation and price range and without hesitation was shown a handful of options exactly fitting my requirements. Overall a wonderful, quick experience with a happy salesman. Recommended to all who want an enjoyable mattress shopping experience (I didn't know it was possible until now).
