  We were first time mattress buyers and had no idea what we liked. Bill our salesperson was extremely patient with us. Trying to find a mattress that is a good fit for 2 people can be challenging. He helped us narrow down what we liked and was very knowledgeable about the products. We are thrilled with our choice and confident that we got a quality mattress at a great price. We highly recommended Mattress Firm and especially recommended Bill in Bedford for a salesperson.

  My wife went in last week in search of two twin mattresses for our son's new bunk bed. Bill was great to work with, particularly given that my wife was trying look for mattresses while keeping two rambunctious toddlers under control! Very patient and a no-pressure environment. Our 3 year old insisted that a more expensive mattress was much more comfortable, but Bill gave us a great deal on two mattresses. Our son walked out with a 'First Big-Kid Bed' certificate and his own pillow, and our order arrived promptly on the date which we were told. We would recommend to anyone!

  Great place to shop. I've been researching different types of mattresses and learning about the different types. When I went to the Bedford, NH store, Bill Marquis was on that day. He greeted me promptly and explained the different types of mattresses. Everything he told me matched what I had learned from my online research. No only was he personable, but he applied no pressure to "buy today." Thank you, Bill, for a great experience. I will let my friends know that this is not only a great place shop, but also has wonderful salespeople!

  Greg was AMAZING! Went in today, June 4th, shortly before they closed, and had one of the best experiences I've ever had. Neither my wife or I had any idea what we wanted going in, but he really helped us by showing all of the options we could afford in our price range. Awesome guy, exceedingly competent, and super friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anybody in need of a new mattress, or anything related. Thank you so much Greg!

  Pat Black took time finding us what we were looking for, and though we couldn't take our mattress home the same day got us next day delivery so we didn't have to wait as long for a better night sleep. We also got a great deal on a second mattress for our son. Thanks for all the help!

  Pat Black took great care of us today! He gave us a great sale price with an additional $300 off the end cost. Nice personal touch, informative about mattress differences. Worked with us on financing! What a great experience. Highly recommend this location.

  Made a purchase at this location today! My sales associate was Jeffrey Hupfer. I wish I could say go to this location and see him but unfortunately he floats around all of the mattress firm locations in southern New Hampshire. Kinda sad because he is such a great person and a very good salesman. Knowledgeable, patient, and very respectful.
