My grandfather used to own a garage called Killian's service center matlock's in the highest regards as a 5-star company because they are always very eager to help their customers I have never walked out empty handed or disappointed..because they do everything they can to provide excellent customer service thanks guys we appreciate ppl that genuinely care about their customers This is the car they found everything we needed for and looks almost new again

ordered a part for delivery , and it never showed up (junkyard is 30 mins from me) called every other day looking for update talked to 3-4 different guys who all re-sold me the same BS "it'll be there tomorrow" line finally called today and spoke with a employee that seemed to actually care and the parts FINALLY BEEN SHIPPED TO ME !

ill update my review and give u 1 more star if the package shows up this week

Called for a parts quote one day at the Claremont location, salesman was very nice. Said he would check part availability and call me back promptly. Never called back. I called back the following day and a different salesman answered, he acted rushed and like he didn't want to deal with me. That's cool though, I bought my $500 worth of parts from a yard that at least acted like they wanted my business.

The first time i bought parts from them they were very helpful. However calling and speaking to them over the phone they are very rude and hateful. They act rushed, like they dont have time for you and kept calling me sir! Not a good way to keep customers who drive 3 hours to buy parts from them.
