Love shopping here! Great deals and coupons. Well organized store. Employees are very helpful and have never had to wait a long time in line.

Great place for discount shopping. Name brands, huge selection mens and women's clothing, toys for all ages, athletic wear, jewelry, and lots of other items.

Great store but went to check out and couldn't see where the line began or ended. There was almost a fight because there was some display that clearly was in the middle of the isle but back far enough that people didn't know which side to go to and there were two lines formed real quick and the manager saw this and quickly turned his head and walked away. But those lines formed all the way back they men's Dept.. Anyways, I'm not sure if it was a real manager but he was on the mic earlier telling someone where to go.. Lol
I'm just glad that people have got a good spirit and they all worked it out before there was going to be a clean up in isle check out!!!response / report this review -

Nice selection of clothes and other goodies and the checkout process is usually pretty quick because they have plenty of associates working the registers.

It would be great if I could actually shop in my local Kohl's store but because I happened to be with somebody who I don't consider a friend, decided to steal something the night we walked into the store together; I ended up getting banned from ever shopping there again even though they saw I had no intentions of stealing or anything. Now I have to go 46 miles out of the way if I want to shop in a Kohl's store or buy things online which takes forever and I can't try anything on before I buy it. What a waste of a Kohl's Charge Card Credit Account because of being "Guilty by Association!"

I ordered cook wear sets about a month and a half ago. Never received my items. I was told they were sent back to khols by fed ex. I called khols twice a week to get this straighten out. Every time I was told to wait it's under investigation or told to call back in a few days. They said someone would contact me personally about this matter, guess what no one did. I called again today to see what's going on since I'm being charged for interest. I was then told a manager will call me back since their on the phone. It's been an hour, no call back. I don't advise you to order online or you'll end up like me if your package doesn't arrive.

My 8 year-old daughter got separated from me while shopping and the staff/security was AMAZING!! They quickly went into action, located her by implementing their security protocols immediately and brought her to me within minutes. They made what could have been a paralyzingly horrific experience a relatively small bump in the road. I can't thank the local employees and the corporate management enough for their well thought out, effective safety plan that brought about such a quick, happy resolution to such a scary situation!

I have to drive about 40 mile round trip to shop here, so I make it count and work the sales. Parking usually tight, as are the shopping isles. Sale items, especially clearance are often jumbled and only real deligence will result in a successful shopping encounter. The floor managers are outstanding! Especially a black lady who has helped me many times on day shift. She is like an air traffic controllergetting staff to registers, customers to lanes, and helping all the time. Kohls has "cash back" & "yes points" reward programs. Ther is a little bit of everything here. They also offer online purchasing with wider selection.
