I had a great time here. I almost felt like i was in Atlantic City for a minute. Until the dealer got 6 blackjack in a row.. oh I almost forgot. I'm in Getem Good Maryland. What are the odds. I NEVER see them shuffle anymore.
I came on a Saturday night it was crowded. It seems like a very lively place. I like the Cheesecake Factory that's located in the casino area which was good service.
Overall Maryland Live Casino wasn't a bad experience however if you don't like crowds don't come on a Saturday night come during the week :-)
Love this place! It's clean and fun and you actually can win here. I love this place so much that my bachelor party came here and I even came with my wife after my wedding. Now if only I could win one of the drawingsthat would be a great wedding present!
The casino has changed since I've been there last. Nothing negative, but different. There are now complementary soda machines for patrons self serving. Great! a there are more electronic slot machines. Never have been a fan of these. Lastly, there are electronic blackjack tables. The personability has been compromised. I do not like these. Overall, I still support the casino and will continue to go.
LOL at the buffet. $25 per person with the smallest selection and less than average quality. I've been to schools with a larger selection. Casino staff seem tired and the atmosphere is blah compared to AC casinos. Okay table games with decent minimums on a weekend. Definitely a specific clientele that goes to this casino as opposed to National Harbor and others. You're better off spending your money at the mall next door than here.
Nicely run casino with pleasant and professional staff. My only regrets are that they close the buffet a little too often, and the restaurant in the high rollers lounge, which used to have a few affordable food items, is now way out of the price range of any but the super rich! It used to be a nice, hidden away place to hang out and get snack without breaking the bank. But overall, a very nicely run casino and recommended; I definitely prefer it over MGM!
Went here for the first time last night and on the very first slot won $70. Then when my boyfriend and I tried to cash our winnings in, ALL of the cashing machines were down. It wasn't until we got in there that we were told that they've been down since Friday. They should of announced that at the entrance before we started playing slots. Along with being expected to wait in a 45 minute line which was the ONLY one opened. Safe to say I won't be going back anytime time soon.
I will review the casino as a whole first. Place is nice and has great food that won't break the bank. They keep the place nice and clean. Dealers are always friendly and entertaining.
Used to be my go to casino, but then they changed the Blackjack tables.
Now for the Blackjack tables. So, the upside to this casino over "the other one" was the blackjack table rules. They now are exactly the same as "the other casino". I don't really see how this would benefit them, because many people chose to come here instead because of better odds. Now why wouldn't blackjack players just go to "the other place". I don't want to put this place down and take cheap jabs at them. Just want to be realistic and whether they like it or not, "the other place" now has more appeal.
Must be a off night. Had to ask for utensils. My other 3 family members got their order but after 10 minutes we had to ask about my chicken. Food was good but I would rather have my bacon at least warm not cold. Service needs to be retrained to meet Bobby Flay's reputation. Other issues but to many to list.
Was fun. My wife loved the slots. At the end of the night we broke even, with drinks. The two waitresses that served us where nice as could be.
Went on a Saturday night. Good for people watching. Busy place. Tables were almost all $25 minimum. Some $15, very few $10.
If you've read other reviews about this place staffed and managed by racist bigots. And im not one to throw the race card either. Well, it's true, because I suffered it myself at the hands of the so called security and the management. Detail too complicated to delve into, and besides it may warrant a lawsuit on this place. Someone needs to teach these arrogant a holes owned by a bunch of sociopathic lawyers a lesson on humility and customer service. And what else can one expect from a place situated in How White County, MD. In addition, I wouldn't advise anyone to play there. Because if the blackjack dealers from other casinos can't win there. That should tell you something. Which is why I call MD Rape you alive. Stay away from this crappy place, poor rewards, all scams, poor entertainment, rude staff, machines are all rigged and the table games.
Been here. Too bad that I couldn't really enter the Casino cause of my age I was 18. Meh. I would have had a blast. My mom wagered $50, and won about $75; and she never has luck with Gambling. Lol.
The more compulsive gamblers of my family, My uncle spent $500 and lost it all. He said it was okay, and that's he's lost more money in the past and how that's nothing to him. However, my aunt spent $200 and won over $2000. ;)
