  It has been 13 years since we had our home built by Martell Home Builders, and we are very happy with our completed home. When we decided to build our home, we knew many of our friends and a neighbor that were very satisfied with their homes that were built by Martell's as well. Chad was absolutely amazing. He would call us with ideas and keep us informed at all times. During construction, Chad went far and above with his amazing and loyal crew to exceed our expectations. We did quite a bit of research on local companies and settled with the best Martell Home Builders! They are the best!

  Martell home builder are one the finest builder you will find. We moved up here from the city 28 years ago and had no idea what we were doing, Chad, Patti and his father could not have been any nicer, there was no second guessing what needed to be done. I still share my experience with my clients about their family business. They offer a 10 year warranty, but trust me if you needed them after 10 years they will be there to help you. I truly can not say enough about them I would highly recommend them forever!

  It has been over a year since we moved into our home built by Martell Home Builders and we still feel this is one of the best decisions we have ever made. We love our home!—Thank you!
  Having never been through this process before, we did not know what to expect –well, the end result exceeded our expectations. There seems to be a great sense of pride in the workmanship of the home and it shows!
  
  Chad, Alec and the staff are professional, courteous and wonderful to work with which made the experience a positive one. We were kept abreast of the upcoming projects which enabled us to keep the build on schedule and maintain the budget. If we ever had any questions—which there were plenty of having never been through this process before--- Chad would get back to us without delay. They were flexible to the changes we made as we saw the construction unfold, which was key to our satisfaction of our home. We would recommend Martell Builders for any construction project.
  When people ask us who built the home, we say with great pride Martell Home Builders.
  We can honestly say we would do it all over again, but we will not have to. This is truly our forever home!

  We've been in our Martell built home for four years now. It has proven to be far more than we've expected.
  The construction phase of our project had us asking numerous questions that were always addressed respectfully and completely. Chad had great ideas that complemented our rough design we presented to him.
  Once he created the plans that were agreed to, the project proceeded in a timely manner from lot clearing to finished product.
  All members of his team were always available for questions. Should also mention all members were true professionals and craftsmen.
  We had researched other builders in the area and definitely feel we made the right decision.

  Over ten years ago, my wife and I began the process of interviewing local home builders and were referred to Martell Home Builders by a co-worker. We had interviewed over a dozen potential home builders prior to meeting with Chad. When my wife and I met, we came away highly impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail Chad had in comparison to other home builders. We chose Martell and Chad and his staff made the process as simple and straightforward as it could be.
  
  At the time we had a young family and this was our largest financial investment to date, so we were very careful with our spending. Chad and his staff made helpful recommendations on where to spend the money wisely and what to think of five and ten years out. During the build, they would keep us informed of any changes to the time-line or challenges that they were running into (which were small). I can't overstate the attention to detail this company has and the level of trust we felt. That level of trust was crucial for us because we were new to the process.
  
  To this day, we call Chad with what we consider the smallest of problems we have and someone is at the house within a day or two the problem is solved. To us, part of the home ownership process is about the shiny new house, but a larger part is about the follow-up by the builder to stand-by his/her work and be there after the residence is complete. This is an area where Martell Home Builders excels.
  
  To that end, as our family grows we are looking to add structures and would only go go with one firm. We highly recommend speaking with Chad and his staff, you will come away as impressed as we were.
