Rooms are nice, spacious, and clean. Staff is absolutely WONDERFUL with kids. No, like seriously, they will keep your kids entertained if you have the need. They have a variety of planned activities ready. And if course, it's a stone's throw from the main ski lift.

I visited this resort with my family. We love the rooms, the pool, the hot tubs and the daily activities. I love that there are two chair lifts right outside the front door! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't wait until my next visit!

The villas are incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was available. We love the area, the free bus transportation, the amenities and available activities. We highly recommend Marriott's Mountainside!

The rooms are nice, updated, and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Staff was responsive and polite. We loved the hot tubs and pool, and used the outdoor grills to prepare meals. There were lots of activities and amenities for kids and families.

We stay here each year as a family getaway. Really enjoy our time here. Things are kept in good working order and any issues are promptly handled. Lots of activities for the kids.

First you walk in to an extremely cozy lobby with a beautiful fireplace. Everything is calm and makes you feel like its Christmas Eve waiting to go to bed while you drink hot cocoa. There are lots of activities that the hotel provides but mostly for children/families. The hot tubs are amazing and they are even more amazing because they have an Adults only got tub area so you don't have to worry about some random kid splashing you in the face while you try to relax

We just got back from a family vacation! This hotel was absolutely wonderful!! Clean, large room, beautiful pool, movie theatre, kids play room. It was very right outside the ski mountain. Shopping and several restaurants within walking distance. I would HIGHLY recommend this for families!

I really enjoyed my stay at MountainSide. The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are fun activities for kids to do throughout the day. The pool was a little crowded, but we could still have fun. There are grills and fire pits available for use. I'd definitely recommend staying at MountainSide!

The rooms here are like a nice apartments. My family of 6 felt like we had plenty of space and never felt cramped. The views out our window were really nice. We enjoyed playing in the heated outdoor pool, and we loved being so close to the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster. This place is great for families and adults.

It's a great place to stay and a wonderful location lots of green to see all around mountains surrounding every side. It's really warm and comfortable and the staff and always willing to help. The rooms are large and comfortable and half a great selection of appliances that you can use.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was very nice and looked very clean; however, there was a weird smell in there. It was like someone had cooked a greasy meal and the room never really aired out. The bed was really hard, which I don't like, but I know a lot of people do. There was construction going on at the resort and the roads nearby were really hard to navigate. Parking was also very limited due to construction, and we ended up having to park down the road when we came back from dinner. Overall, not bad for the price we paid, especially in Park City where you could easily spend $400 a night for a decent room. Not sure I would stay there again though, because of the hard bed and the smell.

We had adjoining rooms with my in-laws. Both rooms smelled musty upon entry. At first glance the accommodations look nice. Upon closer examination, everything is cheaply made and low quality. The craftsmanship is shoddy and and 2nd rate throughout the "suite." The cost cutting extends to the bathroom with cheap soap that dries out one's skin, toilet paper best used as sandpaper, and conspicuously hard towels that seem to be starched to the point of cardboard-like qualities. If you want any kind of maid service during your stay, you'd best give 24 hour notice (literally, that is what's in the check-in packet) and be prepared too fork over $50-$100 per cleaning (also literally) depending on the "services" (it's not service if one is charged for it) requested. A very disappointing stay, but an accurate reflection of the entire customer service industry across the United States. I'm not even going to begin to describe the lack of services due to construction or the sales messages left on the phone daily. Steer clear until Marriott understands that cutting quality hurts the bottom line more that spending a little more to live up the premium name they claim and charge for.

The rooms are nice and clean, and are supplied with everything you need for preparing meals and doing laundry. Beds are comfy. We love the outdoor grills and fire pits. Several hot tubs and a large pool are a highlight. The facilities are great and easy to use. Lots of activities for kids and adults. We did have some issues with housekeeping, that seemed to have been caused by lack of communication with front desk and housekeeping staff, but the other staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return
