Kraig and his staff corrected a situation that was a mere fluke for me. Cars nowadays are made with plastic parts from time to time and I experienced an oil leak. The guys in the shop mentioned it to me so I had it checked out. After getting it checked I was told to contact who ever was the last person to change my oil. I am now on my fifth car taking it to Marketview Car Wash & Lube.

After being in contact with Kraig we finally got our schedules to meet (mine interfering not his) and he was nothing short of a true gentleman along with completely professional. We discussed what had happened and we came to a great fix.

Kraig runs a great business and little did I realize was that he was the one towel drying off the cars as they left the car wash! How many other business owners do you know who jump in and handle smaller tasks like that? I have never had one unfriendly, rude or had to wait a long time for service. We all have to remember that quality oil changes take more than ten minutes and you get that here at MCWL quality.

I will definitely be returning many times over to Kraig and his staff. I recommend anyone to give them a shot and just remember that it is smaller businesses like this that truly keep our community running. Great people, great service and quite frankly just down right a great atmosphere!

Always had good experiences until recently. Gentlemen who changed my oil mentioned looked like I had a pretty substantial leak and should have it looked at. When I took it into the dealer (newer car so checked for warranty issue) they said it was a cracked piece due to over tightening of the oil filter. They asked if I had done my own oil or had someone do it. I've reached out just now to MCW&L to help rectify the situation. Have been a very loyal customer for years but if this does not get correct will have to find other places to go. Heck I'd even raise this to five stars if this gets corrected in a suitable manner.
