The People at Kerry Mark's Treat you like one of their own. Sassy and Smart from the employees, and stylists to clients and Friends that gather; creating fun and interesting conversations. I am a trouble client with my hair long, hard water and split end nightmares. Peter has been able to correct a lot of damage and made my hair healthy and it has actually grown longer than I ever thought possible. And I leave looking like a movie star. You rock it Peter! Ryan gave me a transformative haircut. I'm not kidding. He gave me a look that's chic, flattering and easy to style! I didn't realize my hair could look this nice. Also, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is super nice.

I have been having my hair done by Peter for years. From red to blonde and corrections (my fault) Peter is an amazing colorist and stylist.
I have also enjoyed facials and massages from the excellent staff.

Talented stylists, Estheticians, and friendly staff. I live locally and recently booked a girl friend's bridal party here. They took all of the girls and did a fantastic job on their up dos. I personally get my hair cut and styled here
by Ryan and he does an amazing job! Shawn gave me an amazing facial!

Both my husband and I have been been customers of Kerry Mark for over five years. This is the only salon that we have our hair cut and styled by Peter. We have also used many of their other services such as massages, facials, etc., and every single time our experiences have been excellent in all areas. service, quality of work and the environment of the salon. I've been going to Kerry Mark for years now, and I have never had a bad experience. I'm in a wheelchair and the salon is accessible, which is obviously a big deal to me. You wouldn't believe how many salons are not accessible, leaving clients like me out in the cold. The stylists are friendly and welcoming, and listen to what you tell them you want. And they are great with my baby fine hair! Especially Amanda, my favorite stylist. I have never had a bad cut, and my fine hair is difficult to work with. Kerry Mark is the best salon I have found, and believe me, I've tried many. I highly recommend them.

I've waited three months to leave a review because I was so irritated with the service we received from this salon and hoped I can give a reasonable account of our experience with the passage of time. We had reserved a bridal appointment with all of our party having styling and makeup.
The manager was curt and unwilling to adjust the schedule to allow my daughter in law and granddaughter to have their hair styled early to allow them to make a dance recital for my granddaughter. When we personally asked one of our bridesmaids to interrupt her session for my daughter in law to cut in the stylist then did a terrible job on her hair.
One of our party forgot about the appointment and did not make it and I listened to about a five minute lecture on why they needed to charge the card on record (brides) for the missed apt.
It took awhile to get through to her but I assured her that she shouldn't disturb the bride on her big day and I would cover the charge. I realize the necessity for missed appointments to be covered but I felt like she was talking to me like a child.
We may be just local folks but they missed an opportunity for local referrals from us. Our family is in the wedding business and would never recommend this salon to our clients.

Highly recommend Castle Spa over this spa. Called early in the week to try to book a girls morning and they took our info and said they would get back to us. Called again later in the week and they did the same thing. Would have been a 600 dollar visit with 20% tip. They clearly have no desire or motivation to book customers.

The only service I've gotten here is a couples massage, but we've been twice and it was AMAZING both times. The last time I went in I had RoseI get massages pretty regularly and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. My fiance had Kristin and he said his was just as good. He had a headache going into it and when he told her about it she did a few things to his head and neck and the headache went away for him. We don't live in the South Haven area so she gave a him a few things to tell a massage therapist in our area to help out with his headaches since he gets them regularly.

I believe they only have one space where they do massages, so book as soon as you know you want to go in. The prices were comparable to everywhere else I've been but the quality of service was second to none.
