We highly recommend Taylor Tent Rental. We used their services for our wedding reception and the customer service was amazing. The items showed up in great shape and their team doing the setup was friendly, polite, and timely. They handled everything and made this process much less stressful and enjoyable. We got a 20' by 30' tent, table and chairs, trash cans, keg cooler, and various food serving items from them and were pleased with everything. Great company, great service!

Horrible customer service from the front desk ladies. They were discriminating against myself and wife. Thier prices are also very high. Went to CDR and was helped wonderfully for half the price.

Have rented from Taylor for at least 5 years. My most recent experience was ridiculous. I rented a dump trailer that, when loaded, would not lift. This caused me to be 2 hrs late on my return because I had to unload by hand. Upon returning the equipment, I noticed I was charged for the two hrs. After explaining that their equipment had been defective, and that that was the reason for the delay, I asked them if they still wanted to charge me for the 2 hrs, which they said YES! Unbelievable! I was told if i had a problem, I could talk to the guy that was on vacationnice. Thank you Taylor Rental. I own a business and could never imagine treating a customer like that.
