  Went in to get a haircut and i was paired with Jasmin. She is absolutely amazing! She listened to what i wanted and did exsxtly how i had pictured it to look. She is also very friendly and made me feel like family or a very close friend. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!! Great work.

  After spending over $600 on my mom and I, The Boulange hair style that I wanted never happened! The colorists expert knew the color I wanted and stated I needed at least 2 sessions to get it to the color I wanted, she went ahead and calculated the costs for both, it sounded kind of pricey, but we figured it's worth it since I was excited of how good it was going to turn out. She never mentioned additional charges to get me to the color I wanted so I agreed without knowing this. So after waiting for over 5 hours due to their incompetence of scheduling appointments with the colorists and hair stylist, I went home with a brassy looking color. I didn't mind much because she said she will get rid of that in the next session and get the color I initially wanted. Before I left, I asked again if everything was going to cost the same, she stated that it was the ''same price'' again, this was mentioned in the beginning and never mentioned a thing about being charged another $230 for a second session and i was not guaranteed I was going to get the color I wanted! I wish she would of communicated this clearly in the beginning, I wouldn't have spent all that money to end looking worse than before. I come in 2 weeks later for the second session and she tells me I have to pay again!! it was disappointed of their miscommunication and inability to run a business. I would not be coming here and do NOT recommend this place. I ended very unhappy with the results and the unprofessional way they do business.

  I've never been to this location before, but since I was in that area I decided to book my hair cut appointment at the fox valley location inside the mall. I was able to book my appointment the same day, which was great! The girl I was scheduled with was Sandy, I told her that i just needed a trim, two inches off, she asks me if i wanted layers? I was like "well what do you recommend?" she's like, "I recommend we do layers to add more body & volume to your hair" I was like "great! but PLEASE make the layers long!" To make this story short, she ended up cutting my LAYERS SUPER SHORT!!!!!!!!!!!! I told her i only wanted 2 inches cut off & she ended up chipping my whole hair off!!!! So, Sandy, PLEASE learn the difference between long layers & short layers! WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

  I meeeeeeean. I had a good time, they were nice.. but. I got a haircut and everything was all good until I saw the back, the layers are extremely choppy but I am not mad at the stylist so I'm not naming her/him. I believe it was a simple accident and I am going to give this place a second try because Mario Tricoci has never let me down until that day. Three stars for the choppy layers and having to fix this. However, if I have to pay for them to fix it when it was their own mistake then I will give it two stars.

  So I went last week to get a full head color, colored highlights and a cut. The girl who was coloring my hair was sweet, but she was running between my color and 3 other people color. I left with dye all over my forehead, neck and clothes. My highlights were not Chunky like I wanted you could hardly see the colored highlights. Also, I had to rinse out the conditioning treatment even if got home because of being there over 5 hours. She cancelled my hair cut because she took so long coloring my hair and they wouldn't have time
  to cut it. I went back today for them to fix my color and get it cut. End up leaving worth nothing because she said my hair will break if they redo the highlights again. Don't want that. Then wanted me to come back 2 hours later for a haircut. Really? ? People are not suppose to work around your schedule. You work around theirs. Not happy wirral this place.
