Dr. Augustine was exceptional. However the staff and the contact lens representative needs to learn customer service. The prices this clinic is attempting to charge people for contacts should be reported. I will never ever go back into this place or any of their clinic ever again

I had a bad experience today. I went to the appointment for an eye injury. I haven’t been to an eye doctor in 8 years. My experience was rushed and rude. My eye was dilated and I was given no instructions on how to deal with it. I was allowed to drive home immediately after my appointment and I felt unsafe while driving. I was not given any instructions on how to deal with pain or decreased vision. I was not given any instruction of what to do if my vision didn’t get better.Dr. Wilkins spent maybe 3 minutes with me and treated me like I was ignorant. I felt rushed. I will not be going back to this location. I was really upset at the way I was treated and the professionalism.

What A Wonderful Experience!!!
I had surgery through Marietta Eye Clinic yesterday. Dr Wilkin, the nurses and staff exceeded all of my expectations. The nurses and staff are so pleasant to talk to and very patiently answered all my questions. Dr Wilkin thoroughly explained what would be done and walked me through the process. He patiently answered my questions even when I asked to have things explained a second time. On the day of the surgery everyone kept me comfortable. It was a very calm and relaxing experience. The outcome of the surgery is better than I anticipated. I would highly recommend Marietta Eye Care and Dr Justin Wilkin for any procedures that need to be done.

I scheduled a routine eye exam at marietta eye clinic. They make you wait extremely long and aren't professional whatsoever about the scheduling of appointments. Many people were waiting for a long time, over 30+ minutes, it was ridiculous. I eventually left without seeing the doctor because of the wait. Not to mention, I was extremely uncomfortable there; the customers were staring at me the entire time like I didn't belong there. Do not waste your money at this establishment, there are many better places to go in Canton.

I am thrilled with my new eyes. I had no idea what a change it would make in my life to have cataract surgery. I have worn glasses or contacts for 60 years and it's amazing to have 20/20 vision now without them. Everyone at Marietta Eye Clinic and Marietta Surgery Center was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Wilkin.

Dr Wilkin and his staff was fantastic. I had to cataract surgeries with absolutely no problems. Everyone made the experience a breeze. They focus on great eye sight and making you extremely comfortable.

Both eyes good experience - like one week apart so is completed quickly.

Can really see now - clearly and distinctly with all bright - love seeing the true colors of everything.

Marietta Eye Clinic does their surgery in Marietta while I live north of Canton in Lake Arrowhead so there's an hour and a quarter drive to surgery, but worth it. Dr. Wilkin is wonderful and very caring about the surgery experience - especially that I was so nervous. Anything about messing with my eyes makes me almost catatonic - am worried about one day going blind. My Mother had macular degeneration and also glaucoma so am concerned.

All nurser and office staff at both Marietta and Canton are caring and really responsible and knowledgeable about their duties. Great jobs by all! Thanks.

First of all, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They listened to what you had to say and responded in a friendly manner, very considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would highly recommend Marietta Eye Clinic and Dr. Wilkin! I had cataract surgery in both eyes and the results were very positive and way beyond expectations.

AWFUL. Avoid this place like the plague. Called them early Monday morning and ask if they could see me that day due to extreme eye irritation I experienced over the weekend. I arrived at 10:15 and checked in, clipboard, etc. Then I proceed to wait and wait and wait until 11:30 when there is no one in the waiting room but me. I tell the receptionist that my son is home alone and I really need to get back to him. She calls back and 10 minutes later a nice young lady takes me to an examination room and asks a few questions then leaves and says the doctor would see me in a few minutes. 10 minutes go by, my phone battery dies, 15 minutes go by20 MINUTES GO BY and I realize it's gotten very quiet outside the exam room. I come outside and the staff is gone! They went to lunch! After an hour and a half in the waiting room they left me in the examination room and went to lunch. So I stormed out and now I am having to start from scratch and make a new eye appointment with a different eye doctor.
DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM MARIETTA EYE CLINIC IN CANTON, GA.
