I was always petrified of going to the dentist knowing i needed some major work done. I went to a few other places that were either totally insensitive or just disconnected. Dr. Reid is AWESOME and guys I'm not just saying this to say it, she is literally AWESOME! She genuinely cares, talks to you about your treatment plan in details and makes sure you are OK. I told my husband later in the day after i had a procedure done that I loved my dentist and that both him and my daughter were transitioning to Old Milton Dental! they knew that if I was saying that it was because she was the best! I look forward to my visits and my new dental home "Old Milton Dental w/ Dr. Reid! Thank you!!!

Dr. Reid is an excellent dentist, I’m so thankful that I’ve been a patient of hers for the past several years.

The practice is kind, accommodating and courteous. It’s clean and well organized.

My dental hygienist Michelle, was thorough and had excellent bedside manner.

I’ve had bad experiences with hygienists/dentists in the past. Old Milton is a safe place!

Very pleased with my experience as a new patient. The office was able to get me in for an emergency the same day, even though I was not an existing patient. Wendy and Dr. Jarvis were so kind and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I’ll be switching to this practice!

Beware. To start I rarely write reviews
I went to Old Milton twice. Paid cash my first visit. (Over 1000.00). I wanted to return so I picked up dental insurance. Before I chose my insurance I checked with staff to make sure I was covered. They said that was and there would be no problem with this insurance for dental work in the future. I waited six months for to return for more work. I arrived and that morning to ask the cost. They told me not to worry about it they will bill me. I told them i had insurance and i wanted to know a price before I got started, I came back a few hours later they told me 800 for the work with insurance! I told them no thanks. How much for a cleaning? They would not say. I insisted and they finally said $20 copay. I told them I would not pay more then the 20 if its more than that will go somewhere else , They assured me that the whatever the insurance paid after that would be fine. Well insurance paid about 80. I paid $20 (which they did not give me credit for!)
then I get a bill for 115.00 Two calls to the office to fix the issue and I was told there is noting they can do, Beware do not pay cash and know that they will not honor their word at Old Milton Dental. Very deceptive.
Oh and the next dentist told me I did not need any work done.

After I posted the review I received a phone call. I received an apology and my account was changed to a zero balance.

I have a very high anxiety when going to the dentist so when we moved, I decided I would search internet and go with who had the best reviews from my area. With that said, the best was Old Milton Dental! I can't tell you how happy I am with Dr Reid and her staff, they are truly an amazing group. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My overall experience with my visit was perfect! I could not ask for it to go any better!

I'm always super happy with Old Milton Dental. Today's work of a filling and a crown replacement was fast, painless, and filled with pleasant small talk. Even the temporary crown fits perfectly! Definitely worth the 50 minute drive.

Loved going to Old Milton Dental - I received excellent care. First, Amy my dental hygienist was so professional, kind and took so much time teaching me ways to take better care of my teeth.
Dr. Powell was the best ever in giving me the anesthesia numbing medication. It didn't hurt at all. She was so gently and efficient when taking care of my cavities. I don't even dread going to the dentist as I once did. She was considerate of my time, comforting and so polite.
I also appreciated Wendy , as she was so helpful, gentle and thoughtful to help distract me from getting stressed with being in the dental chair.
My experience with all three levels of care givers was superb. Thank you everyone. I will definitely recommend this practice to my friends.

This was my 2nd visit to Old Milton Dental. Darlene is the best hygienist I've ever had. She is thorough and so friendly. How often do people say they love going to the dentist? I can say that about Old Milton Dental. They have all the latest technology in a low key family environment. Everyone from the time you check in to check out is personable. This practice not only gets top marks from me for their dental expertise but also their customer service. I look forward to returning every 6 months!

Dr. Mazer and staff were amazing! They were very helpful and friendly. Very thorough in their consultations and procedures making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend their Office if you ever need any teeth work done. Very clean and organized office with a relaxed atmosphere the hygienist was polite and friendly, very gentle and upfront about everystep they were taking during the process which was very important to me. Will definitely return in the future!

Old Milton Dental goes above and beyond every time I am there. They have an amazing staff, with hygienists who are personable and very nice. The receptionists are polite, and make scheduling the next appointment a breeze. The dentists are amazing and never ask the "typical dentist questions" like "what sport are you playing" etc they always have real and genuine questions for you and strive to please and fulfill all your dental needs. Can't wait go back for my next checkup! ;)))

I decided to try Old Milton Dental because of the positive reviews online! They did not fail to impress. The whole experience was amazing- from calling the front desk for directions into the building, to the state of the art gadgets they use, to the friendliness of alll staff. Dr. Katie Reid was so kind and very approachable. Best service and atmosphere ever! I can't wait to get my teeth cleaned again!

So I've been a patient there for many years, only needing cleanings, until today. A couple of tiny cracks needed attention, and I had just assumed they'd need to have me come back (the waiting room was quite full) but immediately moved me into a treatment room, and Dr. Reid and her assistant were already waiting. Less that 30 painless minutes later, I was at the check-out desk, and done. It was fast, stress-free, and exceptionally professionalfrom reception/check-out and all the back-office clinic staff, the entire experience was 'no drama.' HIGHLY recommended.

My entire family has been getting our teeth cleaned at Old Milton Dental for 12 years. My three young daughters love getting their teeth cleaned and watching TV at the same time. Ms. Rene and Ms. Hannah are awesome with my girls. Dr. Mazer is top notch! He pulled a few of my oldest daughter's teeth with such care and always makes my family feel welcomed and appreciated. I love Old Milton Dental. Christina is awesome and I love her! Christina has always treated me with respect and is highly skilled and meticulous in all her dealings with me. Dr Reed is honest and caring when dealing with patients. I have been without a job for extended amount of time and when I came in the office, I was greeted as an old friend. Old Milton Dental provides a human touch to a usually cold, drab experience.
