Recently visited the Brookhaven location and loved and enjoyed the new study area for kids and of course parents that need a little quite time to finish up work. Evette is AWESOME!!!! She is so understanding, patient and knowledgeable. She explained everything to us. She assisted us from beginning to the very end. She spoke with our daughter and explained everything to her to put her at ease. Thank you so much Evette for an OUTSTANDING experience!!

I had to go in because my permanent retainer came loose. They were very professional and took great care to make sure everyone was being safe and prompt. The staff was also super helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

I was really nervous about getting braces as a young adult but this team really helped me stay calm and even enjoy my experience. The first visit was amazing, lots of information from Dr. Cox and Katy that was easy to follow & different financing options. I have seen them 3 times since starting and every appointment is painless and I am seen on time. I would recommend D.r Cox and his assistants to everyone.

I cannot express enough how pleased I have been with Dr. Stan Cox & his team with my Invisalign treatment. They truly care about delivering results that "you" can leave happy & completely satisfied with. Of course, the Keurig machine and Hershey kisses in the lobby are nice perks in addition to the front desk staff who is always so helpful and courteous! I appreciate their customer-centric approach, and highly recommend their services to any of my friends & family in search of orthodontic care!

We are new to the practice and I have to say that I am so impressed with Dr. Cox and his staff. Everyone in the office made my daughter feel so comfortable about braces and her upcoming treatment plan. Staff is super friendly, Dr. Cox is easy going and puts my daughter at ease, office is comfortable and calming, appointments are easy to book and they provide many different billing options so that braces can be made manageable for any budget.Very glad Brookhaven Orthodontics was recommended to us.

Stan Cox is a great orthodontist. I checked out several orthodontists before settling on Brookhaven Ortho. All the previous guys tried to propose a lot of teeth being removed to straighten out my smile, but Stan knew what he was doing from the beginning with minimal extractions. He was able to do sublingual braces and then invisalign. All the staff are super friendly and mindful of your care and Stan, himself, will always take the time to sit and explain the course of treatment. I intend to take my kids to him as well when the time comes. Would recommend these guys over others for sure!!

I was basically forced to see this Doctor after I paid for treatment at Family Orthodontics the Doctor who initially saw me, the first two months of the treatment left the practice. First of all I went to see the Ortho just to correct my lower teeth that were moving a bit, and they said I had to get the full set of braces. My treatment lasted for about a year, after Dr. Cox removed the braces I noticed my upper teeth where leaning/moved significantly to the right. He placed permanent retainers and after a week of being placed they broke/detached.

I had to go see him after a week to put them back. I was complaining of too much pressure on my lower teeth, as the upper teeth that were pushed too much to the right were badly touching them. I complained for months to this doctor and he never did anything. He even told me once that my " problem may be something in my head." -No-Doctor Cox it was not in my head, it was my teeth.

I had to go and see another doctor, who stated he does not know how he did not realize this problems, One of my lower teeth was rotated too much what created a lot of pressure and the upper teeth(See picture attached, were push too much to the right side, creating all the problems and pressure. I do not recommend this doctor, after I went to see him multiple times with this problem he never did anything, and suggested I was crazy. I had to go and see another doctor to put braces back to move the teeth properly and release all the pressure and resolve the problem that this person created Not good at all. See how my bite my teeth are leaning significantly to one side, is a lot to the right in picture below I feel like a wrech in pushing my teeth all the time, lot of pressure was created on my teeth because of the way he moved mu teeth.

I just finished up my orthodontic treatment and could not have asked for a better experience. From the first appointment to the very last, Dr. Cox and his staff were attentive to any question or concern I had, whether medical or financial. On top of that, the office is composed of some of the most friendly people I've ever encountered. Dr. Cox went above and beyond my expectations, and I highly recommend his office if you need orthodontic work done.

Update: This is my second review apparently my first review was removed from google and yelp review.

I could not get in touch with this office for weeks. I called Katy the treatment coordinator / office manager several times in one week to receive assistance with treatment questions, left voicemail, and received no answer. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told Katy would call back on several occasions, and never got a call back from Katy in regards to my daughter’s treatment.

Once receiving a phone call the Office Manager, Katy She proceed to blame other staff members for her actions and also insisted she left me a voicemail (Which she never did). After speaking with Dr. Cox I felt like he did not have my back as a new patient, which is very disappointing to me. I was referred by a friend who is currently a patiently. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

Katy’s lack of management and ability to return a phone call is quite embarrassing. I have a feeling that we are not the only family that has been treated this way. After my first review was deleted mysteriously I am positive that I made the right decision to take our business to a different orthodontist write down the street.

If I could rate Brookhaven Orthodontists with a negative amount of stars, it wouldn't suffice as to the level of incompetence, due to Katy. We have chosen a very well educated, HIGHLY recommended orthodontist, in Johns Creek – Mibab Orthodontics. I urge you to do your research, read reviews, obtain several consultations, and stay far away from this Practice due to Katy’s inconsistence. I also work for the City of Alpharetta and will definitely have my voice heard.

I recently brought my daughter in for a consult and the team was very friendly, the office was clean and not too busy. The lady upfront was pleasant. Dr. Cox was extremely informative and explained everything in detail. Katy was great! She explained to my daughter everything that Dr Cox recommended for her braces (which helped me understand a little bit better too :D ) and even showed her videos. My daughter was a little nervous about braces but left feeling much better. I am excited to see how her smile changes in the next year and a half!!!
Everyone should come to this office, they are amazing, we will be sending all of our friends in the neighborhood.
