I have suffered for 3 years with electrical shocks in my groin and left leg due to a bulging disc pressing on a nerve. I went to other doctors and they told me I should live with it! I saw Dr. Cary Templin and he said he could help me! I had a minimally invasive procedure at CMIS in Mokena at the recommendation of Dr. Templin, and They were Fantastic also!
I am 4 weeks out and I am doing GREAT I could not be more grateful for Dr. Templin and his staff.

Had an MRI arthrogram and was extremely nervous about the procedure. My tech, Gaye, was phenomenal, as was the radiologist. They put me at ease and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible.

Had right hip replacement ~8 yrs ago and totally impressed with care, treatment and rehab PT. Went back this past March to repair torn muscle off bone on left side and experience the same. I would highly recommend these doctors and facility.

If you want communication, paperwork filled out, or calls back from the doctor, this is not the right location for you. Poor bedside manner, and poor communication. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a 3:30p.m. appointment and as asked, I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my forms. After waiting an hour and starting to talk to fellow patients, we found out that two of us had the same appointment time! I finally asked the receptionist lady how much longer it would be, and she said at least a half an hour! Now that is just ridiculous..I told them that I was going home because I didn't want to wait anymore. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's, but apparently they do not think so. Another patient left while I was waiting, too. So be prepared to wait, wait, wait. I am willing to wait a little, but and hour and a half is unacceptable in my book.
