Went there yesterday for a road test to renew my license. 75 yrs. old. I was so nervous because I am very hard of hearing and was afraid I wouldn't be able to hear the instructions. Got a lady instructor (didn't catch her name) She's great !! Very friendly. I explained my problem. She spoke clearly and loudly. Had no problem and passed the test.

Terribly run. The manager is VERY DISRESPECTFUL HE CARES NOTHING ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE. HE COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS I wanna know who gave him the title manager? The police officer at the door as well was just as DISRESPECTFUL. These people DO NOT know the meanings of kindness respect and friendly. Wasn’t even talking to the police officer and he had the nerve to speak to me especially in such a RUDE MANNER. If there was a DMV closer then trust and believe I would not give these TERRIBLY RUDE people my money.

This is the place where I got my DL 2yrs ago. I went to this location because at that time I was in the area so it was the closest one. The staff was great and I had no problem with the driving instructor nor the security guard. Today 08/21/17 I went there again to get my M license. Again everyone was courteous/helpful and I was in and out. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. Thank you all!! Keep up the good work.

I just went in to take the writing test for my license I wish I could get the names of the employees that made me comfortable and were super nice all the other DMV I been to are mean and have a attitude but this location seems friendly as if they like their job unlike the other ones need to take notes from these guys I will be coming back soon

I have a family of four drivers and lived nearby for 18 years. I have been here a lot. The service has been pretty decent. No bad experiences! Come early, and have the right documentation.

I absolutely hate jumping through hoops! These employees & security might as well be replaced with robots, at least things would run smoother and there would be a reason for thoughtless acts! My issue was the supervisor/manager not allowing another (higher authority) be involved and exercise what's in their power to do for an at that moment resolution! Nooooo, instead apparently the security knows more than management?!!! I also hate others patronizing my integrity At least if the system just ran itself, I wouldn't look to appeal to its side that doesn't exist, the human side. Going to places like this often makes me feel irate, when people come in that gives them a reason to beat up/down on us to make themselves feel better about their crappy disillusioned life! No point in management when they cannot make contingency calls well within their realm of scope! Ugh I wish there is a better way to report these matters AND SOMETHING ACTUALLY GETS ACCOMPLISHED TO CORRECT IT!!! When not corrected, these types of "I'm up here people" truly feel untouchable.

Just tried to get my license today and my friend had warned me about this guy who usually is one of the people who test you for the drivers test. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO YOUR DRIVER'S TEST WITH A MAN NAMED LARRY HE WILL FAIL YoU easily. He is bald sometimes wears a baseball cap and where glasses and is black. He don't even say hi and needs to fix his attitude period. He did the same to my friend who warned me. If you plan on getting your license here make sure you get an old white lady and there are 2. there very nice and will pass you. And if you do get Larry you don't have to worry about getting him again cuz you can't have the same instructor 2x.
