Horrible service was given a estiment told week after week they would get to it my truck sat there over a month and a half theni was told i wasnt a priority and they regret business with me smh unprofessional

My car was taken there for service. They had it for over a month.although it was only supposed to be 2 weeks. When I received my car back the entire inside of my 2015 vehicle was dusty, there was body damage done to the car that wasn't part of the claim and my 2 windshields were a BOTCHED job. Mannys has gotten paid by #StateFarm yet its been 2 weeks since they told me to come pick up my car and the work still ISNT done!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible job. Im upset and angry. Obviously #StateFarm needs to find another service provider.

Very good place to have your car fixed fast and friendly service. I dropped my car off and it was fixed looking brand new in under 3 hours. plus they will pick you up and drop you off as well.

Welcoming, professional and helpful staff who work hard for their customers. Never once did I (as a female in the shop) feel looked down on or viewed as less knowledgable (which, unfortunately has happened at other automotive facilities). The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone I interacted with was kind and approachable. The estimate was done promptly when I arrived the first time, and then they got my car in the shop for the repair in fantastic time. Filling the repair, they washed and vacuumed it immaculately. The work looks great, and while I hope I don't need more autobody work done in the future, if I do, this is where I'll go.

My family has had two cars at Manning recently. One from a minor incident and the other was more extensive to the tune of $12,000 repair. A friend of mine years ago bought a salvaged Grand Prix and took it to Manning's and he was thrilled with the results.

I'm pretty meticulous and Pat and his team did an outstanding job in the repairs. Fenders, front end, rear deck lid fit and look better than it did when we bought the car new less than a year ago. Yes, you can find evidence the car was hit but it isn't obvious. You have to know where to look. The car drives, handles and sounds like nothing ever happened.

There were a few little minor things my eye caught that were easy to miss and really wasn't their fault. Pat took care of them promptly to my satisfaction. Great friendly group of people. Family ran company.

Given 8 day estimate for repairs, received a call 3 days later saying it was ready. Excellent work, lifetime warranty on the work, and super nice people. Even detailed the interior! Highly recommend this shop. Family owned and quality work.

They were very unprofessional and rude. They finished my car a day late and over budget, ruining my plans to go out of town. They did not apologize and were absolutely nasty to me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't trust my car anywhere else. Pat is accommodating and great at his craft. My only complaint would be an accurate timeframe it was kept a month longer than estimated because he took on so many jobs, but once this was explained, I was okay with it.

Very great experience here!!!! Great Customer Service!!!!I definitely recommend this body shop to every body in Louisville Kentucky!!! Honest employees, 30 minutes to replace my side mirror, plus they washed and vacuumed my car for me. Definitely coming back !!! Thank you Manning's Paint & Body Shop!!!!!! All for $48

Just picked up our daughters car today.we found an inexpensive Honda with good gas mileage and it has a lot of wear. After she was hit I took a chance on Mannings and it was truly one of my more brilliant decisions. They went above and beyond (even on a 10 year old vehicle). Good service, professional all the way. Highly recommend this company.
