While we are grateful that Raben Tire was able to help our son get home for Christmas, we were not happy that they charged us for their mistake. They were told three times what size tire he needed and yet they showed up with the wrong tire and then charged us for the time it took them to go get the correct tire. And to top it all off, our son is the one that actually took his tire off and put it back on himself. All they did was torque the lug nuts on and broke his tire pressure sensor. Not a place that I will use again nor recommend to anyone.

I am updating my review since Raben Tire did make right on this. Chris and Lenny that I spoke with were both very polite and nice about the matter and agreed that what happened was wrong. I thank them for making right on this!!

Raben Tire continues to set the bar when it comes to auto shops around here. Their service is gold star and they're are an incredibly passionate and well informed group of people. I always know I'm in the best of hands with Raben Tire.
