Went in for alignment after suspension parts were replaced at a mechanic shop and visiting both Bowen tire shops to get an alignment on my Lincoln LS, Brady and his team at both shops said that the alignment was Dead on where it's supposed to be, but yet the car still pulled to either directions and the steering wheel shimmys, and did not fix the problem and I am unsatisfied never will I return to a Bowen tire shop for any type of service nor Wil I recommend anyone to go there, had to take it to another alignment shop for them to actually fix the problem
