Absolutely horrible customer service. We were stranded away from home for a week because they lied to us about when they would work on our under warranty vehicle and then refused to give us a loaner vehicle (which warranty specifically states we are entitled to have one). We had to pay for a rental and spend a week 12 hours away from our home. They are supposed to provide a vehicle so that we could go home and then come back when repairs are finished. 2 sons traveling with us missed days of work at their jobs. Absolute worst business experience I have ever encountered. Hope I never have to deal with them again.

My car battery died while in Manistee for a swim meet to see my kids from Traverse City. I walk into the Subway and said does anybody able to give a jump. The owner of this dealership jumped right up and offered to help went back to the dealership and got a charging unit and got me back on the road!
