Instrumental has always been my favorite shop. I've been a customer for almost 15 years now, and I have never been let down. They're always there to lend a hand and help you out. I've been there several times lurking in the guitar section only to find that their prices are the same as the online guyssometime even cheaper. They even let me put together my drum kit and try nearly every cymbal in The store to make sure I had what I thought was the perfect combination. You won't find service like that anywhere else. Many thanks to the Daves and the Jeffs!

This store (and the manager Dave in particular) really stepped up to the plate to take care of my concern recently. I had a concern about an online purchase, and within minutes of me emailing the store, the manager Dave was in contact with me in attempt to correct the situation. They went above and beyond to take care of my concerns and absolutely won my confidence and business. From now on, my online music purchases will all be through Instrumental Music & Sound, because of how well they took care of me. Thank you so much for your help.
