Would be 0 if I could. TALKED TO SECURITY TO BRING A CAR BACK IN GATED AREA SO IT WOULDN'T GET DAMAGED OR STOLEN, BUT SINCE IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THEIR LOT (BUT STILL AT THE AUCTION) THEY WOULD NOT HELP AND TOLD ME SORRY ABOUT YOUR LUCK. SHIPPERS RAMPS GOT STOLEN SO VEHICLE IS LEFT SITTING FOR ANYONE TO STEAL. PISSED OFF CUSTOMER. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Great place to work and be along side others that work here. Customer service is among the highest at Manhiem PA. They really do go the extra mile. GM Joey Hughes is a tremendously intelligent individual who makes this place feel like giant community and a partnership. Highly recommend to do business here weather your buying or selling.

Dealers only first of all. Biggest and best auction in the world. You will see it here before you will see it anywhere! Joey Hughes is an outstanding manager and keeps this place running like a finely tuned machine. Rain or shine - snow or ice - this place kicks it into gear and never lets you down. At over 500 acres, this is the biggest car auction in the world and it is one of the most organized auctions I've been to with the exceptional customer service. I've got nothing but good things to say about this place, its employees, and it's management. Keep up the great work!

Nice place. Decent selection of cars. Condition reports need work and fees are all but robbery buy since they have the cars we need we just keep coming back for more.

Stupid security guards dont even know what theyre doing , they will do whatever to make sure you waste your time so next time instead of pulling out your cars yourself you would want to call their carpullers . also one of them wannabe-cop security guards, pulled me saying that i was driving little fast, while those carpullers flying around like crazy to pull out as many as they can !! Someone needs to take control of it , im tired of this BS !!

I've sold hundreds of thousands of cars here dating back to 1972. I love every one of the dealers from the smallest to the biggest and I will do anything I can to make this giant place feel like home (actually love the smallest the most). It truly hurts when I hear the bad comments about Manheim Pa. If any dealer has any problem with me or any of our people, call me direct, 24/7.
